Casting Crowns is one of my favorite groups. I do love this song. Thank you for posting it. It's especially meaningful during this stormy time we are in. Tensions are high as we see our President being bullied and cheated in front of our eyes ( we that see) . I could go on and on but we already know we will be next... We do not ever call evil good, or overlook it or allow it. But to guard our hearts from becoming hardened, I find it helps to focus on the good we can do, however big or small, to make things better.

A very old book titled 'The Fate of A Fool' . It's a Christian book. I don't know how many pages can be read. I read a few, no problem.

He has a great story about this and some of his first songs. He was a rescue paramedic and attended a lady that had been struck by lightening. She asked him what he wanted to do in life. He said "sing Christian songs" and she made it possible for him to do that financially.

I found this, this morning. It is so simply stated. ---------------- On this day, we gather to remember the Resurrection of Christ, Jesus of Nazareth's triumph over death, and the fulfillment of God's promise to the Jewish people of a Messiah who would come to save the World. It is a day we mark each year, by gathering together under various houses of worship to sing songs of praise, read Bible verses, and fellowship with one another.
There is so much wisdom in the life of Christ. The Truths within the lessons He taught are universal, and should be written on our hearts no matter where we walk. The story of Christ is the most widely shared story on the face of the Earth. Translated into every language known to man. And yet, so often we forget to go back and read it, to remember each word. To carry it within us and let it guide us. The World blinds us, upends us; hurries us along, and somewhere in the shuffle, we forget how much it matters to know what we believe, and why we believe it. As we look back on the Resurrection of Christ, let us remember the lessons He imparted to us, and to look to His life as an example of how we ourselves should live:
To love one another as we love ourselves.
To live by faith, through action, that we might be known to others by the fruits of our labor.
To be humble in all things, knowing we all fall short, and are saved by Grace of God, not by our own hands.
To go out and to teach others of these things, and to be living examples of these precepts.
————— Christ showed us the way. And it is up to us to embody what He taught us, and in our hearts to be true disciples of His Word. Let this day be remembered in your hearts always.
