(you know, considering this was David's forum, you'd think we'd be better with math)
As I'm not, and don't have the equipment to do even some simple decodes, we have to seek out the answers in other ways)

But a quick look at that picture with what I do have to utilize, led me to consider:

But, it's only a guess at this point.
