Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe indicated that leaks from Congress were the reason for ending in-person briefings. The move has enraged Democrats. ----- Ratcliffe letter says the decision is to keep intel from being "misunderstood" or "politicized...It will also better protect our sources and methods and most sensitive intelligence from additional unauthorized disclosures or misuse"

Another major victory for election integrity! The U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit upheldAlabama’s Photo Voter Identification Law, which was under constant attack by the Left. In a “friend of the court” brief your Judicial Watch and our friends at the Allied Education Foundation (AEF) successfully argued that these attacks were baseless. The plaintiffs’ complaint was that the Alabama law violated the 14th and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and placed undue burdens “on account of race or color” under Section 2 of the National Voting Rights Act. We pushed back hard on these arguments, and the Court of Appeals agreed with us that Voter ID laws are good policy for lawful voters. Judicial Watch will continue fighting for Voter ID law protection in the courts, and our lawsuits that led to states cleaning their voter rolls between elections is especially meaningful these days.
These two issues…Voter ID and clean voter rolls are two of our most important battlegrounds to block voter fraud and keep our elections honest! We have very serious concerns about potential voter fraud in November, and we are planning more potential legal actions as I write you.

Dove, wash your dog with tomato juice and lemon juice. It is supposed to work wonders on skunk spray, if you can stand it. My condolences. I have been around skunks all of my life and it is awful. Never sprayed,though. I think they would make a neat pet if it were not for the stink. They are cute

Thousands of misprinted voter registration forms sent in North Carolina were mailed by a private firm, not the state election board, according to ABC and CBS Voter registration forms with the wrong name, address and date of birth were accidentally mailed to 11,000 North Carolina residents by technology vendor Civitech. The forms did not come from a government agency, journalists have said. In Los Angeles, around 2,100 residents received misprinted mail ballots that were missing the presidential vote card. In both cases, voters will receive new and corrected registration forms and ballots. President Trump Tweeted about these incidents late on Tuesday night.

Bundles of mail that included mail-in ballots cast for the November election were found in a New Jersey dumpster last week, according to police and the U.S. Postal Postal Inspection Service. The Epoch Times reported the incident occurred Oct. 2 in the Bergen County community of North Arlington, where numerous bundles of mail were found discarded in a dumpster. The outlet spoke to two officials who confirmed the jarring discovery. It wasn’t just a few stacks of envelopes, either. It was 100s of pounds of mail-including ballots.

In Franklin County, Ohio, home to the Buckeye State’s capital, it was revealed yesterday that 50,000 voters received the wrong ballots. You read that right. FIFTY THOUSAND. In 2016, Trump won Pennsylvania by just 45,000 votes, Michigan by just 11,000 votes and Wisconsin by 23,000 votes. 50,000 votes could decide the outcome of the next Presidential election, not only for Ohio but for the nation as a whole.
