BREAKING: Third Circuit to Hear Trump Case (From PA)

Breaking news: 12:00 Noon -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will hear President Trump's legal appeal of the Court case(s) in Pennsylvaniadealing with overt Election Fraud in the November 3 Election.
It is expected that the Appeal will include actual evidence in the initial filing, to bolster the initial proceeding.
Normally when a Lawsuit is filed, all the Allegations within the Complaint are treated as factual before a decision is made on whether the case can proceed.  This is established in the federal rules of civil procedure, Rule #8:

(a) Claim for Relief. A pleading that states a claim for relief must contain:
(1) a short and plain statement of the grounds for the court's jurisdiction, unless the court already has jurisdiction and the claim needs no new jurisdictional support;
(2) a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief; and
(3) a demand for the relief sought, which may include relief in the alternative or different types of relief.

 
That normal precedent did NOT seem to be applied to the President's filings in earlier court decisions, which were dismissed by Obama-appointed judge(s).
The Third Circuit received a request for EXPEDITED HEARING filed this morning.  At noon, the court GRANTED the request and issued the following ORDER:
