I have a funny feeling about December this year. It's gonna get weirder and weirder as the month finally drags itself with a groan and a whimper over to 2021. I might as well start this months tibits off just a little bit weird just to get ahead of the pack.

Overnight, in the early hours of Thursday, a group of young men traveled from Orange County to remove the object in the name of “Christ is king.” Among the audio from the late night video, the person speaking called the object an “alien obelisk” and said “We don’t want illegal aliens from Mexico, or outer space.”
The video showed at least three young men pushing over the obelisk until it fell to the ground. The area has been investigated by the City of Atascadero.
In an email response, Deputy City Manager Terrie Banish wrote “The Monolith disappeared this morning. We did not remove it. There was rebar found in the ground, so we are planning to remove that as it’s a safety hazard. At this time, the City does not have any plans to investigate this further.”

The explanation the Democrats are proposing for the video from Atlanta does not pass the smell test. I have over 30 years experience working as an election judge - who are the people in the polling place running the election. Even in Illinois (a state rife with corruption), there are very strict procedures for handling ballots. One does not leave ballots hanging around in suitcases and they would NEVER be stored out of sight (for example under a table). All ballot material is secured in either locked bags (for small quantities) or locked boxes. Spoiled ballots, surrendered mail in ballots, etc. are also secured. Furthermore, there is an accounting system established that REQUIRES that the number of ballots cast exactly matches the number of voters checked in to vote. Election judges reconcile these numbers throughout the voting process. Wayne County Detroit was unable to reconcile the ballots cast with voters checking in which is an indication of incompetence, malfeasance or ...

Y'all have probably heard me talking about the breakaway states of New California and possibly have heard of the breakaway new state of New Nevada.
Well get this - both joined the other states and filed with Texas to the supreme court (case now decided by court and now moot) . I'm bringing this up just to say that this breakaway states movement has legs and is in noway going to go away. It's still a real thing. Or as sleepy Joe Biden might quip, "it's, you know, the thing".
