Biden says he will resign from presidency if V.P. Harris morally disagrees with him

Will Biden bail on Kamala during the presidency making her president by default?

President-Elect Joe Biden told CNN host Jake Tapper that he would have no problem resigning from the presidency alloMatt Johnson/Flickrwing his Vice Presidential pick Kamala Harris to be thrust into power if she were too morally disagree with him at any time during his administration and to make matters worse the 78-year-old Democrat from Delaware said he would even make up a medical condition as a reason for his departure.
Biden told CNN that he and Harris are simpatico on their philosophy of government and how they both want to approach issues. However, a major red flag was raised when Biden mentioned that he may bow out of the presidency in the future if there is a moral disagreement with future V.P. Harris.

President-Elect Joe Biden wrote:

“Like I told Barack, if I reach something where there’s a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign.”
