| Subject: All 55 California electoral votes not valid – a Hal Turner find Fri Dec 18, 2020 2:41 pm | |
| This is reported by Hal Turner. Jim Stone and Steve Quayle both are reporting on this Turner story today. It still bugs the hell out of me that Hal Turner has earned at least a little more respect from me lately as I’ve been real down on him for years here on this forum. California has 55 electoral votes - let that number sink in. https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/100-of-california-election-ballots-illegal-all-55-electors-for-biden-cannot-be-counted - Hal Turner wrote:
- In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”
In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows: “Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.” That’s straightforward English. It’s at the 9th grade reading level, so assuming California’s election officials can understand it. Even if one believes that Biden has 302 Electoral votes, deducting only California's 55 Electoral Votes puts Biden BELOW the required 270 votes to be considered "President-Elect."
