FLASH TRAFFIC on Intelligence Circuits now confirms tanks have crossed the border!  This is now out in the open; it's actually happening . . . .
1:39 PM EDT, Sunday, 21 March 2021 -- Four hours ago, Tanks from the Russian Army began crossing the border from Russia into Ukraine.  VIDEO of the tanks on the move is included in the Premium Content area below! 
Those tanks were INVITED in by the governing body of breakaway oblasts (states) of Donetsk and Luhansk, to protect the people there from Ukraine government troops, massed on the western borders of those two states.
The people of Luhansk and Donetsk want to leave Ukraine and become part of Russia. Ukraine says "no."
Over the past two weeks, Ukraine has built up its armed forces on the western border of those two oblasts (states) to take them back by force. 
With the entry of Russian Army tanks today, it is now explicitly clear that Russia itself will militarily engage any troops trying to attack Luhansk and Donetsk.  For its part, Ukraine intends to use force and NATO has oh-so-coincidentally begun military drills in the Black Sea and the countries surrounding Ukraine . . . . and just-so-happens to be in the exact spot needed to engage Russia when the fighting begins.

The entry of Russian Army took place from Kamensk-Shaktinsky, Russia, and in the time since then, those tanks have traveled about 225km to Horlivka, (Donetsk) Ukraine.

FLASH traffic has come over Intel Circuits regarding the situation in Ukraine.
According to Intelligence Sources, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has SIGNED an ORDER authorizing Ukraine military forces to attack and take by force, the breakaway oblasts (states) of Luhansk and Donestsk, collectively referred to as "The Donbass."

The countdown to the start of full scale conflict in eastern Ukraine has commenced. 
According to high-ranking Russian sources, Kiev completed its transfer of military forces and when President Zelensky was told the troops and assets were in-place, he signed the attack order.
Specifically, the Intel Sources report [size=32]"the document prepared by Ukrainian authorities authorizes Ukrainian soldiers to open fire on the Donetsk and Luhansk forces at any time they deem necessary."[/size]
 
BOMB SHELTERS OPENING
In Donetsk and Luhansk, Bomb shelters were prepared and opened to receive the civilian population. 
Signs reading "SHELTER"  or "WAR SHELTER"  were hastily painted on the outside of buildings for quick reference by anyone caught outside once the bombing commences.

NATO VESSELS MOVING TOWARD CRIMEA
Two more American ships were added to two Spanish frigates in the Black Sea. USS Monterey joined USNS Watson
and USS Thomas Hudner, shown below entering the Bosporus Strait today, en-route to the Black Sea:

The ships are heading to the southwest coast of Crimea as "special military exercises" have been planned.
In the area are the Spanish frigates Méndez Núñez (F104) and Cristobal Colon (F-105), the USS Thomas Hudner (DDG-116), the USNS Watson, and the USS Monterey (CG-61).
Meanwhile, Russia has been transporting tanks and special forces of VDV paratroopers to the border with Ukraine in Crimea [size=32]and Nizhny Novgorod.[/size][size=32]   [/size]
The map below shows Nizhny Novgorod is only about 800 miles from the Ukraine Border;  beyond missile range of Ukraine, deep inside undisputed Russian Territory, yet only about an hour or two by plane from what will likely be the war front:



"Russia has announced its full support for Donbass," Russian media reported.
Large-scale exercises of airborne forces and marines are taking place in Crimea. The same is true in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
"In this way, Russia has made it clear that it will be actively involved militarily," Russian media stressed.
 
RUSSIAN ARMY ON-THE-MOVE
Large convoys of Russian Army Troops are on-the-move in various parts of western Russia; all said to be moving west toward the border between Russia and other European Nations including Ukraine.
So many convoys are moving in so many places, it has taken the Russian people by surprise.  Videos, like the one below, are now emerging from inside Russia showing the sudden and very large mobilization:



 
RUSSIAN AIR FORCE MOBILIZES BOMBERS 
The Russian Air Force has re-positioned TU-22M3 Bombers to the Kaluga Region shown on the map below, just a few minutes flight time from Ukraine:

The Game's Afoot
Russia has now also begun massing its Navy in the eastern Mediterranean Sea, off the coast of Israel and Lebanon.

Are they there to protect Syria . . . or for something else?

The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) received a confirmed report from the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) that around two hundred twenty (220) Chinese Vessels (CFVs), believed to be manned by Chinese maritime militia personnel, were sighted moored in line formation at the Julian Felipe Reef (Whitsun Reef) on March 7, 2021.
[size=32]But today, March 20, activity aboard those vessels left observers thinking the crews were conducting "military drills."[/size]

The Reef is a large boomerang shaped shallow coral reef at the northeast of Pagkakaisa Banks and Reefs (Union Reefs), located approximately 175 Nautical Miles west of Bataraza, Palawan. It is within the Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and Continental Shelf (CS), over which the country enjoys the exclusive right to exploit or conserve any resources which encompass both living resources, such as fish, and non-living resources such as oil and natural gas.

RUSSIAN TANK DIVISIONS ON THE MOVE - CITY STREETS - TOWARD POLAND / LITHUANIA BORDERS

Tanks and other heavy armor is now on-the-move in Grodno, Belarus, moving toward the borders of Poland and Lithuania.  These tanks are on city streets moving in the open!
For what it's worth, this is not a small deployment.
The video below shows only part of what was moving and we can report tonight that the entire country of Belarus only HAS 2 Mechanized Divisions and they've sent BOTH; about 30,000 troops.
It is also important to report that Belarus EJECTED the Polish Ambassador from their country today.

France Military Document: "Society Must Prepare for War Casualties Not Seen Since WW2"

After a decade of abstaining from major conflicts, plans are changing and the French armed forces are preparing for a high-intensity war.  A stunning document issued by the French military cites Russia and Turkey as potential war adversaries and what it says about casualties is nothing short of sickening.
General Thierry Burkhard, head of the French army, described the need for France to prepare for high-intensity wars between states.
The document, which outlines what French military planners see in the near future makes clear: "In the forests and plains of the Champagne-Ardenne region, where the great powers once went into battle, the French armed forces are beginning to prepare for the return of a great armed conflict."
It all began in January. 
In January, the General Staff set up ten working groups to examine the country's readiness for a high-intensity war.
The groups set up look at everything from ammunition shortages to societal resilience, including whether citizens are "ready to accept casualties."
The military pulls no punches; the document goes on to say:
"There is 100% probability of a "major military involvement" with the result that society "must be prepared for a level of casualties that it has never seen since the Second World War".
Apart from Russia, the document mentions Turkey as a potential enemy, while the Mediterranean and Africa are mentioned as places of conflict beyond Europe.
The ghost of a great war is now so prevalent in French military thought that the script has its own acronym: Major Engagement Scenario.
The alleged opponents are anonymous, but analysts point out that it is not only Russia, but also Turkey and a North African country.
Apart from Eastern Europe, France is increasingly occupied in the south.
In the eastern Mediterranean, France and Turkey clashed over Libya, Syria and Cyprus, prompting French President Emmanuel  Macron to send two warplanes and a frigate into Greek waters last August.
In addition, France also participates in the Indo-Pacific, where its overseas territories include 1.6 million French citizens and 7,000 soldiers. France had a stable naval presence in the region.
The result is that the Navy has only 15 surface units to deal with all these issues, says Admiral Pierre Vandier, Commander of the French Navy.
In mid-March, twelve French tanks, 160 armored vehicles and 300 troops arrived in Estonia. It was the last French contribution to the NATO battle groups stationed in Poland and the Baltic states. 
French President Macron recently referred to NATO as being "brain dead."  It now seems clear France is taking bold steps to prepare for that reality . . . and for a 100% probability of a major war with casualties not seen since World War 2.

Russia Sends Message to NATO

Russia has sent a message to NATO Headquarters in Brussels.   A simple video.  
This is what Russia sent:



Yes, that mobile Transport, Erector, Launcher (TEL) is carrying exactly what you think it is.
And what we're seeing is it is coming OUT of the storage facility where it is usually safely and quietly kept.
In fact, we are seeing not one, not two, but THREE of them coming out.
The first one shows "24" on the door, but "239" ten feet back of the door on the side of the missile.
The second one at video time stamp :40 shows "224" on the side, about ten feet back of the driver's door.
The THIRD one at video time stamp 1:29 shows "225" on the side, about ten feet back of the driver's door.
That's THREE (3) TEL's carrying nuclear missiles.  THREE of them!
Where they (and others like them) are going, no one is saying.
The fact that some of them are coming out, is astonishing.
SS-29 YARS Nuclear Missile
What you are seeing in the video above is the RS-24 Yars; a Russian intercontinental ballistic missile. It is an improved version of the previous Topol-M.
It is known in the West as SS-29. It uses the same 16x16 wheeled chassis as the Topol-M. Externally it looks similar. However it carries improved missile, that is heavier.
The Yars was developed both as a road-mobile and silo-based system, that would use the same missile. It was first tested in 2007 and was adopted by Russian Strategic Missile Forces in 2010. Its production commenced during the same year. It replaced in production the previous Topol-M.
As of 2016 Russian Strategic Missile Forces deployed 63 mobile and 10 silo-based Yars ICBMs. These were fielded alongside the Topol-M systems on a 50/50 basis. It is planned that the Yars will become the mainstay of the ground-based component of Russian nuclear triad.
   This solid-fuel missile is similar to that of the Topol-M. It has three stages. It has a range of 12 000 km. The main difference from the previous missile is that Yars is MIRV-equipped and can carry at least 6 independently targetable warheads with a yield of 100-300 kT. Other sources report that this missile can carry up to 10 re-entry vehicles. It is a huge improvement over the Topol-M, that carries a single 550 kT warhead. It has been reported that the Topol-M can be rapidly upgraded to carry multiple 150 kT independently-targetable warheads.
   In 2019 the Avangard re-entry vehicle was declared operational. It is launched on top of the missile, but unlike a regular warhead that follows a predictable path, the Avangard travels at hypersonic speed and can make sharp maneuvers. This makes it much harder to intercept. It was planned that in 2019 a total of 31 Yars missiles will be equipped with Avangard hypersonic gliding re-entry vehicles and will be deployed operationally.
   The Yars was designed to evade missile defense systems. This missile maneuvers during the flight and carries both active and passive decoys. It is estimated that it has at least 60-65% chance to penetrate defenses.
   The Yars is slightly more accurate than the Topol-M. It has a CEP of 150-200 m.
   A silo-based version of the Yars is compatible with silo of older Russian ICBMs, that were phased out of service. It uses complete infrastructure of the previous missiles. It only takes to load the new missile into the silo. A typical silo-based unit has 10 Yars missiles and command post.
   A road mobile Yars TEL is based on Belarusian MZKT-79221 16x16 heavy high mobility chassis. This chassis was specially designed for the Topol-M intercontinental missile. First three and last three axles are steered. So this vehicle is very maneuverable for its size. Also it has good cross-country mobility. The TEL vehicle is operated by a crew of three. The Yars mobile launcher has autonomy on roads of 500 km. It allows the vehicle to operate undetected in an area equivalent to a small European country.
   Road mobile intercontinental ballistic missiles are harder to detect and hit. The Yars has a high probability of surviving the first strike, once the country has been attacked. Once on high alert, the Yars missiles can leave their bases and operate in remote forest areas to increase their survivability.
   It takes 7 minutes to prepare the missile for launch. The Yars can launch its missile from prepared site, special garage with a sliding roof, or from unprepared position during field deployment. The TEL vehicle can leave its position once the missile is launched.
Did you see what was yellow-highlighted above?  "Once on high alert . . . ."
So the only reason we are seeing these things leaving their garages is because they are now on . . . . High Alert.
This isn't a game.
This isn't a Drill.
Countries don't take LIVE nuclear missiles out of their storage for drills.
The world is heading into more trouble than any of us bargained for over this Ukraine situation.  Things are going very bad, very fast.
The mass-media is NOT warning the people in Europe or in the USA exactly how bad things are getting.
The general public will be utterly blind-sided if (or when) this goes hot.
Have emergency food, water, ammunition, medicines, fuel, a way to generate electric, batteries, comms (CB / HAM / GMRS), Fire Extinguisher(s) etc.

Ukraine: We Will Launch Offensive to Destroy Separatists - Russia: Start of new war could destroy All Ukraine . . .

The Chief of Staff of Ukraine announced that the country's armed forces will launch a sweeping attack to destroy the separatist rebels in Donbass.  
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that any attempts to start a new military conflict in Ukraine's war-torn east could end up destroying Ukraine, the TASS news agency reported. 
(Hal Turner Remark: Lavrov is not a man given to hyperbolic rhetoric. Considerable forces are now arrayed; Ukraine needs to think very carefully here.)
The comments come amid tensions after Ukraine's commander-in-chief this week accused Moscow of building up forces near their shared border and said that pro-Russian separatists were systematically violating a ceasefire.
The Kremlin said earlier on Thursday that recent Russian troop and military hardware movements near Russia's borders with Ukraine were aimed at ensuring Moscow's own security and were not a threat to anyone.
Of course Russia said that mindful of a Decree issued by the Ukrainian legislature yesterday, which declared that the conflict in eastern Ukraine is "an international war" wherein the "participants are Ukraine and Russia."
When the Ukrainian legislature passed that decree, Russia recoiled in disbelief, saying it amounted to a declaration of war upon Russia!
For the past three weeks, this web site has been chronicling developments in the region, warning all readers this could end up starting a massive war in eastern Europe which could trigger other conflicts worldwide, resulting in an actual World War 3.

These stories laid out how it is the United States and Europe pushing action by Ukraine, which is going to result in a massive and terrible war.  Few listened.  The mass-media in Europe and in the USA remained virtually silent, failing to report what was taking place.
Now we've all arrived at April 1, and the mass media is finally beginning to report that some type of "conflict" may be brewing; after Ukraine, NATO, and Russia have massed literally hundreds-of-thousands of troops, thousands of tanks, armored personnel carriers, self-propelled artillery, and relocated hundreds of fighter jets, bombers, and naval vessels into the same area.
It has been the West which has been pushing Ukraine into war, and now that war is actually coming, it is that same West whining about "Russian aggression." (Hal Turner Remark: Hopefully they will not be baited by the West into disastrous irreparable actions, because; no amount of Germans, Italians, Romanians, Bulgarians, Hungarians, or Spaniards will save them from Russian fury. They will suffer the fates of their great grandfathers.)
The people in Europe and in the USA have been kept blissfully unaware of these developments and when war breaks-out, they will be horrified and frightened.
Readers are urged to obtain emergency food, water, medicines, fuel for vehicles and electric generators, communications equipment like CB radios, HAM radios or GMRS radios, and to keep close watch on developments in this situation.
If Ukraine launches an offensive against what they call Russian-Separatists (people in the states of Luhansk and Donetsk who VOTED to leave Ukraine and become part of Russia) then Russia has made clear it will defend those people from attack.
When that attack commences, Russia is likely to cross the border and fight back on behalf of the breakaway citizens.
At that point, Ukraine would likely be totally outmatched, and would cry to NATO for help.   But Ukraine is NOT a member of NATO.
Whether NATO chooses to come to the aid of Ukraine remains to be seen.
HOWEVER if NATO chooses to get involved, then that would mean direct war with Russia; and every single country in NATO would instantly become a legitimate target for Russia.
Perhaps that's why Russia moved out into battle position, several of its truck-mounted intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles? That story, with actual VIDEO of live nuclear missiles being moved out of storage, (HERE) changed the dynamic of this situation to that of a potential world war, and potential NUCLEAR exchange.
 If Russia is being attacked by NATO, Russia may have to destroy the ocean shipping ports of the USA, likely east coast ports,  to cut-off our war-making supply line.  Naturally, if the US is hit, the US will hit back.   
This situation has 'DISASTER" written all over it.   And the entire debacle is being caused because the Biden Administration is resuming the disastrous interference in other people's affairs, that the Obama Administration started!
How many Americans on the US east coast have any idea AT ALL, they may find themselves seeing a blinding, white, flash because the Biden administration started a war in eastern Europe?  
NONE of this has to be.   It is being fomented and caused by the US and Europe.   
That's where this is going and Americans ought to prepare.

West Using Navy Ships and Submarines to INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE Russia's Nordstream-2 Pipeline

The Nordstream-2 gas pipeline is being constructed from Russia to northern Germany along the floor of the Baltic Sea as shown on the map below:
Gas from Russia will be sold to Germany and other European nations, meeting the gas needs of those countries and earning profits for Russia.  All good, right?
No.
There are people in the West (i.e. Europe and the USA) and in the Middle East, who do not want Europe to be dependent upon Russia for natural gas and who do not want Russia becoming wealthy by selling their vast gas reserves.
The issue of the Nordstream-2 pipeline was first raised by then-President Donald Trump who spoke bluntly to Europe saying "You want the US to protect you from Russia, then you enter into an agreement to buy billions of dollars in gas from . . . .Russia!"  Trump went on to ask "Why should the US continue to pay billions to protect Europe when Europe chooses to do business with the very entity they seek protection from?"
That was a valid point.  No one could provide an answer.
Well, it turns out the Nordstream-2 pipeline has become a very much larger issue than anyone was lead to believe.
Video and photos have emerged showing . . . ready for this . . .  UNMARKED Naval War Ships entering the pipeline construction area at sea, and meeting-up with . . .  ready for this . . . . unmarked SUBMARINES which are apparently screwing around underwater with the new pipeline!

In the video below, taken from aboard a Nordstream-2 pipe-laying vessel, a Polish fishing vessel is seen coming directly at the pipe-laying ship.   Lights from the pipe-laying ship are shined directly at the fishing vessel to warn it off, but it intentionally smashes into the pipe-laying ship anyway!

This is outright "Gangster" behavior . . . and it is being perpetrated by who?
Who has naval warship vessels?   Who has Submarines?   This isn't private industry doing this; it's one or more GOVERNMENTS doing it.
When a government does things like this, might it be considered "an act of war?"
Oh and what about that Polish fishing vessel that literally RAMMED into the Nordstream pipe-laying ship as shown in the video above.  Clearly it was not an accident.  
Who put that fishing vessel up to ramming the Nordstream pipeline ship?
With "The West" attacking Russia gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea, and attacking the vessels laying those pipelines, and the West attacking Russian ally, Syria, in the Middle East (and stealing tens-of-millions of dollars in Syrian oil every month for years in the process) and now the West pushing Ukraine to go to war with Russia, is it any wonder at all why Russia is moving it's military into a major attack posture?
If you were being attacked, wouldn't you do something about it too?
These are just SOME of the things actually taking place in the world, being done by GOVERNMENTS.  These governments are doing these things IN OUR NAME.
They are getting themselves into a WAR that they will demand US to fight.  
In the meantime, they continue with their shenanigans; and the world inches closer and closer to war.

In case anyone is wondering why Russian tanks are heading to the border with Ukraine, it is because the Ukrainian president just issued a decree to invade Crimea. Know this before western media makes this out to be a Russian act of aggression.
