Prep Tip: Hurricane tip for all those who may be in Ida’s path. Put drinks/waters in your washer and fill with ice. Stays cold for days and water just drains out. Helped my family during Sally and Ivan. Stay safe and stay prepared

Thank you Dove . It looks to be a bad one. Neighbors are trying to finish up their corn acreage before it impacts here They still have a thousand or so acres to go though.. (Dried corn stalks blow down easily- - with Katrina they lost much) . I'm in west central Mississippi so will have to see how it effects us. ( during Katrina, rain blew under our southern door with weather stripping and a 14 ft porch. no power for 10 days . Massive trees down) I pray that Ida will be not so harsh as K was. If it moves fast- maybe the flooding down south of us won't be so horrible. ( Besides people, much drowned livestock etc down on the coastal areas with K ) Horrible ..... please pray . Thank you all.
