Former Asst. Sec. of Defense: Military had Predator Drone LOCKED-ON to Kabul Bomber Vehicle; DENIED PERMISSION TO FIRE

The United States knew who the Kabul Bomber was and had a Predator Drone LOCKED-ON to his vehicle before the blast, but DENIED PERMISSION TO FIRE, allowing the bomber to kill 14 US military troops and 140 civilians.
Such is the claim by former Deputy Assistant SecDef Roger Pardo-Maurer, who made the stunning revelation during a TV News show:



Univision aired the bombshell allegation in the midst of its coverage of the United States' disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.
Per former Army Green Beret and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Roger Pardo-Maurer, the Department of Defense had knowledge of the homicide bomber at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, and scrambled a Predator drone only to order it to stand down as it locked on its target. Per Pardo-Maurer, the stand-down order was given in deference to negotiations with the Taliban.
