I would love to be of some help, but it's really not clear to me, never has been. 
Certainly not the timing of events. 
We cleared a marker with Brad Garlinghouse at Davos. That covered the
bearable bear's mountains.
In the end, we expect xrp to be the digi coin for cross border payments, and xlm
to be retail.   Other 20022 compliant coins will work also.  
What happens with rubles and yuan, I don't know. Looks like they have their
own system and coins. 
The U.S. is far behind, being uber reluctant to give up the status of the dollar in
the world.  It doesn't matter what the US wants, it's happened and happening every
day. And we're on the outside of it thanks to the totally corrupt system of ours.
How long can the US system maintain the central banks, even with a switch to
crypto, as it's my understanding it will still be tied to $$ till the $ crashes.
With the gov't broke, that could happen anytime.  I've seen predictions from
days to months. 
Will the CBDC (central bank digital currency be a separate WEF currency?)
Or does Brad's visit indicate they too will adopt the ripple ledger?
I can tell you that the next total solar eclipse across America on 4/8/24 is
key.   That is the only date I'm sure of.
