Maxine Waters’ daughter goes on a deranged rant. Trump will make himself King if reelected. She says as soon as he takes the oath he will have Generals walk down the steps of the Capitol then take a hammer and smash the glass where the Constitution is and tear it up then declare himself king.

She then screams something about knowing what mental illness looks like.
