2024_08_24 Clif High - Release the Psoas! More short term data release for Fall 2024

Things to look out for in September. This was a pretty interesting one but too short, leaving me to want more detail. Clif is talking about the need for his whiteboard and wants to do some video soon to explain and flesh out some things. Can't wait to see those. Loved hearing Clif's dogs cutting up and playing in the background.
