Oregon voter pamphlets do not include Donald Trump. He also is not listed on the Oregon State Government website under presidential candidates.

NEW: Internet sensation "Lieutenant Dan" has been arrested over a dozen times and is accused of trying to set a woman on fire.
54-year-old Joseph Malinowsk went viral for refusing to leave his boat in the Tampa area ahead of Hurricane Milton.
There is an open criminal case over whether or not his boat even belongs to him.
He has also been arrested for battery against a law enforcement officer, drug possession, and attempted breaking and entering.
In February, Malinowsk reportedly got into an argument with a woman who was on a concrete bench.
He approached the woman and poured gasoline on the bench where she was sitting and allegedly set it on fire.
Malinowsk then started pouring water on her and tried to light her on fire as well.
A GoFundMe was recently set up for Malinowski, calling him "the kindest soul" who is "always ready to lend a hand." It has raised tens of thousands of dollars.

Two Pemex workers and seven employees of partner companies Diavaz and Cotemar suffered non-serious injuries as a result of the fire and explosion, the company said, adding that information was being updated.

HOUSTON — Two workers died Thursday and dozens of others were injured after a hydrogen sulfide release at the PEMEX facility in Deer Park, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. Deer Park Office of Emergency Management officials said the incident was contained to the PEMEX facility off Highway 225 and there was no threat to the community. PEMEX officials said it happened at 4:40 p.m.
Gonzalez said some workers were working on a flange when something happened and the gas started leaking. Gonzalez said two workers died and as many as 35 others were injured. He said it would be seven or eight hours before investigators could get to where the incident happened. In the wake of the gas release, PEMEX said it was performing activities that may cause flaring. Deer Park Mayor Jerry Mouton Jr. said the shelter-in-place order was lifted around 9:30 p.m. after air monitoring officials deemed it to be OK. He said remnants of the odor would remain in the air.
