In an announcement to readers, the news organisation said it considered the benefits of being on the platform formerly called Twitter were now outweighed by the negatives, citing the “often disturbing content” found on it.

“We wanted to let readers know that we will no longer post on any official Guardian editorial accounts on the social media site X,” the Guardian said.

The Guardian has more than 80 accounts on X with approximately 27 million followers.

The Guardian said content on the platform about which it had longstanding concerns included far-right conspiracy theories and racism. It added that the site’s coverage of the US presidential election had crystallised its decision.

“This is something we have been considering for a while given the often disturbing content promoted or found on the platform, including far-right conspiracy theories and racism,” it said.

It added: “The US presidential election campaign served only to underline what we have considered for a long time: that X is a toxic media platform and that its owner, Elon Musk, has been able to use its influence to shape political discourse.”

Genetic-testing company 23andMe is laying off hundreds of workers as part of cost-reduction measures, a decision taken amid declining revenues.

“The company is reducing its overall headcount by over 200 employees, representing approximately 40 percent of the workforce,” 23andMe said in a Nov. 11 statement. “The business restructuring is expected to substantially reduce operating expenses and result in annualized cost savings of more than $35 million. The company expects to incur up to $12 million in costs and expenses primarily related to one-time severance, transition, and termination-related costs.”

23andMe is also “actively exploring” options to maximize the value of its therapeutics programs through asset sales, licensing agreements, and other transactions. While the corporation considers these measures, it intends to wind down ongoing clinical trials.

One of the company’s therapeutic programs uses an antibody to restore the immune system’s ability to kill cancer cells. Another program involves the use of an antibody that aims to restore anti-tumor immunity. The company is also involved in multiple other preclinical immunology and inflammation programs.

The only people I can think of that would blatantly go against the JFK Jr theory are people that wouldn’t want him to be alive.

Maybe the exact same people that killed JFK perhaps?

Because if you successfully killed JFK and then tried to kill Jr, but there’s a chance he outsmarted you, and you failed — you would not only deny it, but you would most likely create an operation filled with operatives to infiltrate (just like JFK warned us about) and you would do everything in your power to confuse those that went against your narrative.
