British Parliment on Syria~Buchanan on the U.S.

The British Parliment was called from recess for their vote, and defeated the
PM's declaration of war against Syria.

In our case, our recessed Congress will be usurped by the POTUS if he
sends the U.S. to war against Syria.

One only need ask how stupid might Assad be?  And the answer is, he is not.
