After a 15 days long stay, Multi-purpose Amphibious Assault Ship USS SAIPAN (LHA2), together with it's two support vessels, Amphibious Transport Dock USS AUSTIN (LPD 4) and Dock Landing Ship USS ASHLAND (LSD 48), which are all part of the 6th Fleet currently operating in Mediterranean Sea with, as of November 20, 2000, 21 Ships, around 66 aircraft and 14,268 Sailors and Marines, on Friday morning, 11-24-2000, left Rijeka (Croatia) (USS SAIPAN and USS ASHLAND web pages are accessible by clicking on the USS SAIPAN and AH-1W SUPER COBRA IMAGES). Two atomic attack submarines, probably USS Albany (SSN 753) and USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720), which have been in the escort of this battle group, have not been seen to arrive or leave, for obvious reasons.
They have left a day early, after a successful bilateral exercise Slunj 2000, designed to build interoperability and cooperation between the US 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) and Croatian military forces.
Maneuvers were carried out on the largest Croatian military shooting range, some 200 km inland from Rijeka and included shooting practice with heavy artillery and tanks. More than 1.900 Marines and Sailors participated, together with their aircraft, tanks and helicopters. Tomorrow evening, first time in the last 20 days, a heavy, artificial cloud layer above Rijeka was permited to break up letting some sunshine in before sundown. Around 17:00 it was even possible to see some stars again. This was a first day in whole a week which has passed without torrential rain caused by the daily moisture overload of the barium oxide condensation cores used for cloud formation and their maintenance.
Apparently, this particular segment of five months long local sprayings operation started on Saturday, 10-22-2000, when a strong north-eastern bora wind, arriving first time this year, spectacularly blew all of chemtrail dust, which was after a week-long pause sprayed inland over the night, from the sky and land over the sea, in direction of the nearby Italy as seen on this page of Croatian Chemtrail Diary, adding some moisture to torrential rains going on there (image on the right shows flood in Piemonte, Italy, Terranova di Casale community, October 2000). In the following days sprayings were unsuccessful until their rate was significantly stepped up which on 10-30-2000 resulted in the first three-tier tick cloud layer cover of which photo taken at 15:20:00 from the ground can be seen on this Diary page.
At the same moment it was taken the photo from the NOAA weather satellite on the right, which shows atmosphere above northern Adriatic sea in visible spectrum. At the upper half of the photo is visible Croatian shore of Adriatic sea and above it, under the texture-like parallel layered chemtrail clouds, Bosnia and Herzegovina and further above it Hungary.

From than on continuously sprayed powder falling from higher altitudes accumulated moisture, first forming a thin, white and straight clouds which further falling were spreading and gathering more moisture to ultimately become consistent, dark gray, almost black, unbroken cloud layer. At this stage well spread cloud cover blocked upward air circulation and started to float on a warmer air below, very low over the surface (usually some 700-1500 m) killing all local weather patterns. This caused the heating and evaporation of the moisture off the cloud bottom and barium hydroxide (product of the accumulation of the air moisture by the barium oxide) powder falling over sprayed area. Frequent dry thunderstorms as well as eternal feeling of the dry lips and tongue, regardless of the obvious high air moisture content visible overhead, nose bleedings and difficulties at breathing were typical consequences caused by the presence of this compound.
Influxes of sea air from west and south (see chart of Rijeka area) leaden with moisture, frequently caused overload of barium hydroxide absorption capacity resulting in torrential downpours. Fortunately, in contrast to the northern Italian flatlands to the north-west, or Slovenian Alps the north, where rains caused heavy floods and mudslides at the same time, we in Rijeka region were spared similar difficulties because of porous rock terrain we live on.

USS SAIPAN arrived under such cloud cover, Thursday night, 11-09-2000. It was moored to the key some 2 km to the north-west from my house, fairly visible from my window.
Cover was diligently maintained all day long during his whole stay next 15 days. This was the first time ever that Rijeka was under a cloud cover longer than 3 to 5 days. Because of it, during first 20 days of November, a record rainfall of 385 l/m3 was recorded.
Although I love rain this situation made me wonder. It looked to much alike 2025.
This opinion was additionally reinforced by the article recently published on the Viewzone site, stating that the same, anomalous weather patterns were present during the NATO military operations in Serbia in 1999.
Reporting from Serbia, Goran Pavlovic describes how huge black clouds materialized out of nowhere, and stayed in the sky for a couple of weeks, until the bombing campaign was over. Same as was the case in Croatia, from those clouds did not rain at all and precipitations of egg sized hailstones, following the long lasting, horizontal electric storms with loud thunders were observed.
Again, the weather cleared very soon after the bombing campaign was over.
Few days before the capitulation, Serbian capital was struck with the strong earthquake. Since then the climate in Serbia has changed considerably and country is experiencing one of the worst draughts in it's history, while neighboring countries, which all have joined the Partnership for Peace with NATO, seem not to be particularly affected.
In his article Mr. Pavlovic states that, in the January 2001, Serbian scientists, after having noted that the airborne moisture was artificially precipitated before reaching their country and thus leaving their skies open to the monitoring from the satellites, have announced that they have detected a hole in the electromagnetic field above the Serbia. Additional consequences of this, two years long, denial of rainfall are repeated crop failures which is one of the most efficient ways to subdue the enemy.
