We have a major situation brewing with the United Nations. Once again, the Obama Administration is trying to undermine the U.S. Constitution, using its alliance with the U.N.
The U.S. is playing a dangerous game.
While we have the situation in Iraq and the illegal immigration issue on our southern border, the Obama Administration is once again moving to sign another unconstitutional treaty with the U.N.
This is not the first time they have done this. Back in October, I brought you the DOJ saying the U.N. Treaty trumped the US Constitution. It revolved around the Supreme Court Case of Bond v United States. The court ruled this year that the Implementation Act did not reach her conduct, and therefore the Constitution is not over ruled by the UN Treaty. That is probably a good thing since Kerry signed the Unconstitutional UN small arms treaty despite the Senate blocking it twice. Now it looks like President Obama is shooting for “third time’s a charm.”
Parental Rights groups are getting involved in trying to spread the awareness of this deceitful and traitorous act.

The content of the Convention is equally troubling, beginning with the fact that it includes no definition of “disability.” Instead, disability is described as “an evolving concept,” leaving the door open for this treaty to touch the lives of more and more unsuspecting Americans. ~Parental Rights.org

They are not kidding.

Persons with disabilities include those who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others. ~Purpose stated by U.N.

Despite the U.N. being filled with Jihad terrorist organizations, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, and state sponsored terrorist organizations and Sharia ran theocracies (like Iran and Saudi Arabia), they are demanding that the U.S. report every four years to bow to what they consider human rights. The UN Monstrosity includes definitions such as “Universal design” with broad descriptions that could even include the Theocratic principles of Sharia. Their definition of discrimination would be not including a Muslim prayer room in a Catholic school. It attempts to mix sexuality, gender identity, and religion in with actual physical disabilities, and would force the United States to be under U.N. observation and enforcement.

Here is their demands as stated in the U.N. charter on this thing.

2. States Parties shall prohibit all discrimination on the basis of disability and guarantee to persons with disabilities equal and effective legal protection against discrimination on all grounds.

3. In order to promote equality and eliminate discrimination, States Parties shall take all appropriate steps to ensure that reasonable accommodation is provided.

4. Specific measures which are necessary to accelerate or achieve de facto equality of persons with disabilities shall not be considered discrimination under the terms of the present Convention. ~United Nations

Yes, you read that right. If they feel you do not comply, this authorizes them to do “specific measures which are necessary to accelerate or achieve” what they consider equality for anyone they consider a minority or under a disability. This includes a major violation of the Constitution.

Amazingly enough, after the announcement of this treaty coming to the table, the U.N. Security Council is now advertising a new job vacancy.

Isn’t this nice, they are now advertising for Disarmament Demobilization and Reintegration Officers. The first group is hired for New York where the headquarters are located. Who do you think the U.N. plans to use a domestic officer of this caliber on?

So how serious a threat is this treaty?

Please listen to Senator Warren Hatch. He states quite bluntly that this is just another way the U.N. is threatening the sovereignty of the U.S.

It is time to defend against the U.N., devolve, and throw them out of our country for the sake of the Constitution. We also need Congress and the Military to find their intestinal fortitude when it comes to treason as defined by the Constitution. Unless they are in on it, the time to stop talking and to act is upon them. Call them and let them know they need them to fulfill their oath of office.

Many of you have already heard about the United Nations small arms treaty which effectively makes civilian gun ownership in the nations that ratify it impossible. However, what many people don’t realize is that last week the UN held a conference in New York City specifically for that treaty and how to get it adopted across the world, even in America.
On June 3, just before that conference, something very peculiar happened – a job listing was posted to the UN website for a Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer, and the job is located in New York.
Some people would shrug this off as nothing more than coincidental and say that we shouldn’t worry. However Secretary of State John Kerry along with President Obama have both said that they want America to sign away our sovereignty by ratifying the treaty while both have been pushing for massive gun control regulation that would eviscerate our Second Amendment rights. In fact, John Kerry has already signed the treaty, and once the Senate gets enough votes, it willbe ratified by the Democrats of course.
There’s also been an increase in reports of people seeing UN vehicles on American soil. In fact, on June 14 of this year a man posted a video to YouTube showing a convoy of brand new vehicles that appear to be armored on the back of flatbed trailers, which you can watch below.

The focus of the Disarmament Officer’s responsibility will be “to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DDR programs, operations and other related activities in the country or region concerned.” Normally this wouldn’t be alarming, however the posting also says, “These positions are located in field missions of Peace Operations.” In other words if it’s posted in New York then that mean America is the nation in which the officer will operate.

The actual programs and operations the posting is speaking of are unknown, however it’s a safe bet to assume that the enforcement of the terms of the treaty are what the vague description speaks of. The entire treaty, which you can read here, is focused around civilian disarmament and the tracking of every small arm within the nations that ratify it in an effort to stem the flow of illegal guns across international borders, so what other purpose would a person in this position serve.
The officer will also be required to “Conduct field missions to assess implementation of established DDR programs.” After conducting these missions, they will be responsible for “planning the civilian and military logistics support for DDR.”
Perhaps the most chilling section of the job posting is under the required work experience. The posting reads:
“A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration or related area. Experience working within peacekeeping, peace-building or development programmes operations is desirable. Experience with small arms control, conflict/post-conflict crisis management, economic recovery is desirable.Experience coordinating multiple partner agencies, funds or programmes is desirable.”
So there you have it, while many people would call us “tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists,” the proof is right before our eyes and on the UN’s own website for us to see. This isn’t made up or speculation, it’s alarming and should cause concern in any freedom-loving American.
The UN has no place in our nation and no business even attempting to dictate what our laws should be, and it certainly has no business trying to trample on any of our rights. Anybody who would allow such to happen by signing, or voting to ratify, the small arms treaty is traitorous at best to the American people and the Constitution we all adore.
