I have been writing that my military sources tell me that their greatest fears are beginning to become realized because the United States will be, in the relatively near future, this country will be under martial law and the bulk of the occupation force will be comprised by foreign troops operating under the flag of the United Nations.
Under the heading, “Hiding in plain sight”, the United Nations is advertising for the following position:

Job Title Code: DISARMAMENT, DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION OFFICER
Department/Office: Department of Peacekeeping Operations
Duty Station: New York
Job Description: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration or related area. Experience working within peacekeeping, peace-building or development programmes operations is desirable. Experience with small arms control, conflict/post-conflict crisis management, economic recovery is desirable. Experience coordinating multiple partner agencies, funds or programmes is desirable.
Analysis of the Job Description
Peacekeeping is normally the euphemism reserved for gun confiscation and population subjugation. If there is any doubt to the veracity of this claim, the following phrase “Experience with small arms control“, should remove any doubt as to what is coming. Further this job description uses phrases such as “demobilization“. Further, the phrase “reintegration” is also significant. By definition, what is a re-education camp designed for? Quite simply put, it is designed for reintegration back into society. Back into society from where? This question can be answered with a pair of four letter words, FEMA Camp. UN controlled FEMA Camp

un gun ban treatyNo doubt that some people, wanting to remain in a state of denial, will ignore the term used in the UN job advertisement, “small arms control“, which is significant since because we know that Secretary of State, John Kerry, illegally signed the UN gun ban treaty representing an unconstitutional end run around the Second Amendment.
What is highly significant is that nobody seems to be talking about this illegitimate imposition of foreign troops on our soil and this notion is represented in the phrase “conflict/post conflict management“! What conflict/post conflict management? Conflict management is another euphemism reserved for one of two possibilities. First, this implies there will be a civil war. With over 260+ senior military officers fired by Obama for not embracing the future need to fire on American citizens, speaks clearly to this point. Ask yourself, what would be the one thing that this administration could do that would guarantee a violent response from many of the people? That one thing would be to start seizing private guns. Foreign troops will be operating under the UN flag in the pursuit of this agenda. Obama is in the midst of purging the military leadership who will not indiscriminately fire upon American citizens who would resist having their Second Amendment rights obliterated by this present administration. Secondly, in order to create the manufactured need to impose martial law, the administration would need a pretext, a false flag event. I have been covering the pretext for nearly a year. Last fall, FEMA, DHS and select foreign entities extensively rehearsed for the following contingencies in the following list of preparedness and disaster drills planned and carried out over a six week period:
1. FEMA purchase orders for over $14.2 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Region III by October 1st, 2013.
2. FEMA purchase orders for 22 million pouches of emergency water to be delivered to Region III by October 1st, 2013.
3. FEMA purchase orders for $13.6 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Austin, TX. by October 1st, 2013.
4. $11 million in antibiotics to be delivered to FEMA region III by October 1st ordered by CDC
5, Nine-week training course for UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn Urban Warfare, English, and US weapons systems beginning late July for 386,000 troops to be completed by October 1st
6. Great Shakeout Drill Scheduled for October 17, 2013
7. More Than 1,000 Banks Plan National Cyber-Attack Drill Oct. 16-17, Oct. 23-24

The Grid EXII drill was the most concerning of these drills because it rehearsed an EMP attack upon our grid and estimates at the time forecasted a 90% mortality rate, in America, following such an event within two years.
The most telling part of these drills is that they all have in common the need to impose strict martial law in which the tenets of EO 13603 will come into play.
Last fall, I expressed serious concerns over so many of these drills taking place in such a short period of time. I raised the question of martial law arising from any one of these events going hot. In hindsight, I think I was too close to the truth as to what is coming because even the Russian media invited me on a news show that is distributed in New York City and Washington DC, as well as in 35 other countries.
On October 28, 2013, I was contacted by reporter and producer, Victoria Mashkova, from the Voice of Russia (formerly Radio Moscow), and was invited on to their radio program to discuss the possibility of martial law coming to America. I accepted and in the early morning hours I participated in a 10 minute interview.
Inside of the United States today, there are untold numbers of Russian troops for which I have received reports of sightings from first-hand witnesses. It is quite apparent that Russian troops will be used as a UN force whose purpose is gun confiscation, American citizen detention and Lord knows what else when martial law is finally declared. The Russians have a vested interest to conceal their true intentions related to why they have thousands of troops inside of our country. As I lay out the events connected to the interview it will become increasingly clear that I was invited to appear on VOR to completely discredit the notion that America would be going into martial law.Now, if I was a merely some crazed conspiracy theorist, this Russian version of the mainstream media would just simply ignore me. However, when they go out of their way to discredit my views as it relates to them, they clearly have something to hide and were operating from a state-sponsored agenda. After inviting me to appear on the VOR, the producer, Victoria Maskova, had requested a bio which I provided as detailed below: “I am a retired college basketball coach. A former mental health counselor. I have taught graduate and undergraduate psychology, sociology and research classes.”
At the beginning of the interview, the Russian host, Kate Zickel, introduced me as merely the “Host of The Common Sense Show” and there was no mention of my academic credentials. Immediately, I felt this was an attempt to marginalize my credibility by ignoring the requested credentials I provided VOR with regard to my background in which I characterized myself as a researcher, someone who is knowledgeable about social systems as well as human nature. Over the past several years, I have done enough mainstream radio media interviews to recognize a “set up” when I see it coming.
Make no mistake about it, VOR is a propaganda instrument of the Russian government and their handling of the interview and post-interview situations pointed to their propagandizing of their interview of me. After the interview, their post-show analysis categorized me as an extremist for stating that America was prepping for martial law. If we were not prepping for martial law then what the hell were the nine referenced FEMA/DHS drills, taking place in a six week period, in which foreign troops played a prominent role, used for ?
Look at item number five in last year’s martial law preparation drills. “5, Nine-week training course for UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn Urban Warfare, English, and US weapons systems beginning late July for 386,000 troops to be completed by October 1st“.
Please note the designation and use of the terms “386,000 troops” and, “UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn urban warfare”. This does not leave much to the imagination now does it?

The United States Army, operating from a secret base in Arizona, has declared war on independent media through hacking, blocking communications and sabotaging both radio broadcasts.
Computer security teams working with Veterans Today traced a pattern of attacks to Fort Huachuca, headquarters of the US Army Intelligence School.
This base, in the tiny town of Sierra Vista, Arizona, just north of the Mexican border, is home, not only to this spying operation but also to America’s drone program as well. Every drone attack begins there, with “pilots” trained at Fort Huachuca and drones developed and tested there.
The attacks on independent news and media organizations were discovered when a number of websites, not just Veterans Today, began noting unusual traffic patterns and clumsy hacking attempts. Security software traced these attacks to Fort Huachuca and to a number of local police computer systems around the US.
At Fort Huachuca, the internet censorship, operating to block websites worldwide that report news unfavorable to some US policies or that are critical of Israel, a pattern clearly recognized, was traced to commands tasked with training “Cyber Warfare” specialists.
These training classes, funded by Congress and paid for by the American people, are intended to protect government computer systems from attacks by unfriendly governments and terror organizations. In reality however there are other issues as well. America protects her secrets but those secrets are, more often than not, how the American government violates America’s laws.
The Cyber Warfare specialists of Fort Huachuca, operating well outside the authority of the US Constitution, censor the internet, run “sock puppet” websites spreading propaganda and disinformation, orchestrate smear campaigns against journalists and activists who are not under total control and use electronic countermeasures to silence freedom of speech.
PATTERN OF CRIMINALITY
Congress has authorized no funds for the domestic psychological warfare programs at Huachuca. There is no evidence that the command there is operating under any authorization nor is there evidence that they are even under American command at all, particularly as the pattern of activity deeply parallels efforts by organizations such as the ADL and AIPAC, groups, oddly enough, cited by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and members of Congress as tied to espionage against the United States.
By definition, the US Army is controlled by a foreign government that may well represent a “clear and present danger” to the security of the United States.
Any action whatsoever by the US Army inside the United States is a violation of “posse comitatus,” a law that prevents the military from engaging in insurrection against the United States.
Thus, by definition as outlined in Federal Statute, the actions of these intelligence and psychological warfare commands are, technically, acts of insurrection and, by definition, potentially treason, a capital crime punishable by life imprisonment and even death.
Moreover, the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the constitution, clearly guarantees both freedom of speech and freedom of press. Every action, jamming communications, hacking websites, smearing journalists and spreading propaganda are, not just violations of these provisions but acts of war against the United States.
By definition, the US Army is at war with America.
In addition, their actions, jamming telephone communications, hacking Skype servers to interfere with radio and television broadcasts, are violations of both state and federal laws that protect communications infrastructure from terrorism.
By definition, the US Army is a terror organization.
PATTERN OF ABUSE
Edward Snowden’s revelations over NSA spying at home and abroad failed to touch on how information illegally obtained was being used. Here, for the first time, we see rogue commands within the military itself using such information to target both individuals and organizations to serve an agenda consistent with a police state dictatorship.
By definition, the US Army is the American Gestapo.
The pattern is clear, silencing criticism of US policy in the Ukraine, in Syria and Iraq and continued US complicity in Israel’s apartheid abuses of the Palestinian people. News organizations that advocate investigation of fraud at the Department of Veterans Affairs are targeted, those calling for increased financial oversight of military spending and financial crimes are also victims.
By definition, the US Army is involved in racketeering and extortion.
The use of a “training command” to spy on Americans, censor press, wage psychological war and spread wild conspiracy theories, spending millions of dollars while America’s war veterans are dying by the thousands due to health care funding cuts is more than simply unjust, it is criminal.
By definition, the US Army is guilty of mail and wire fraud and conspiracy.
NOT JUST THE ARMY
This is one base, albeit a “secret base” in the parched recesses of the American desert. This is one command. By luck or happenstance, the Army or whoever their controllers are, and no American can be certain of who controls the US Army anymore, chose to make use of a command with strong ties to the intelligence community, many of whose members now side with the independent press.
However, in finding this one command and the series of abuses they are involved in, when added to the NSA abuses and so many others, there is more than a pattern, there is a clear threat.
When you combined control of the corporate press with broad warfare on any independent press, when you combine this with massive and systematic spying on the public and then look at the militarization of police forces across America, it is not unrealistic to assume that America is no longer “America.”
Were one to define a “police state” or “totalitarian dictatorship,” America’s rigged elections, spying, controlled press and government secrecy rival any in breadth and exceed almost all in scope and efficiency.
Many speak of Americans as “sheep.” What is clear is that, should those “sheep” awaken, every provision has been made to lead them to slaughter.

So any pushback has to come from the employee trade groups who are abused as part of the process, but the track record so far is that they are keeping their heads down. Today this thought came over me. Why are the borders being left open? These youths end up probably in FEMA camps with MS-13 Gangs and other government trainers, who will train them to hate America's system as their climb to prosperity will not happen in this economic climate fast enough. The White House would have us believe that the massive flood of immigrants on our southern border was a surprise that no one could have predicted.
But a government contract posted in January of 2014 by the Department of Homeland Security tells a shockingly different story. According to the FedBizOpps.gov web site the government was seeking personnel who could provide escort services for “Unaccompanied Alien Children” in anticipation of an event that would leave up to 65,000 minors on our southern border without their parents or guardians.
ICE is seeking the services of a responsible vendor that shares the philosophy of treating all UAC with dignity and respect, while adhering to standard operating procedures and policies that allow for an effective, efficient, and incident free transport. The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.

There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air. Escort services include, but are not limited to, assisting with: transferring physical custody of UAC from DHS to Health and Human Services (HHS) care via ground or air methods of transportation (charter or commercial carrier), property inventory, providing juveniles with meals, drafting reports, generating transport documents, maintaining/stocking daily supplies, providing and issuing clothing as needed, coordinating with DHS and HHS staff, travel coordination, limited stationary guard services to accommodate for trip disruptions due to inclement weather, faulty equipment, or other exigent circumstances. In emergency situations, the Contractor shall be called on to provide temporary shelter locations (such as trailers) with shower facilities for juveniles who are pending placement with HHS when bed space is unavailable nationwide for extended periods of time.

The operative term per the bid listing is that DHS/ICE claims there “will” be approximately 65,000 alien minors requiring assistance.
As noted by The Conservative Tree House, approximately 5,000 minors under the age of 18 are detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials on a yearly basis, so the fact that the government was searching for staffers to escort up to 65,000 children suggests advance knowledge of the massive migration now occurring on the U.S./Mexico border.
It is no longer within the realm of conspiracy theory to suggest, as the National Association of Former Border Patrol Agents recently said, that the humanitarian crisis which has left tens of thousands of illegal immigrants displaced “is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes.”
The evidence of foreknowledge is absolutely damning. The Obama administration, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Health and Human Services knew this was coming, yet they say they were taken by surprise and are overwhelmingly under-prepared.
This, of course brings up two important questions.
How did the U.S. government know that this influx of immigrants was going to happen?
And, why did they fail to deploy the National Guard to secure the porous border in anticipation of hundreds of thousands of people illegally crossing into the United States?
The only plausible explanation given the revelation that the government knew about the coming influx of immigrants as early as January of this year is that they wanted it to happen, or worse yet, that a propaganda campaign in Central America and Mexico advising people they would receive residency permits was organized and executed by the U.S. government itself.
This week President Obama announced a “surge” of security personnel to secure our border. Why did he wait so long, considering he knew about this in January?

We are dangerously close to a situation where ~ if the American people took to the streets in righteous indignation or if there were another 9/11 ~ a mechanism for martial law could be quickly implemented and carried out under REX 84.
The Cheney/Bush administration has a plan which would accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens during times of emergency.
The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.
The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.
Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987

Several weeks after the White House feigned surprise over the flood of tens of thousands of unaccompanied alien children crossing into the U.S. it was revealed that the Department of Homeland Security posted a job listing in January of 2014 seeking adult escorts for, you guessed it, about 65,000 alien children who were expected to show up at immigration offices without their parents. That “coincidence” coupled with numerous other warning signs such as videos showing brand new U.N. armored vehicles being transported on America’s highways in recent weeks suggests that something unprecedented is about to take place. We have countless news reports appearing in mainstream media with pictures and videos showing a literal breakdown of human services for immigrants being captured as they try to enter the United States. Immigration officials and border patrol are so overwhelmed that they are no longer even detaining people. Instead, many agency personnel have been assigned duties like preparing baby food, changing diapers and providing various other social services. The bottom line is this: A humanitarian crisis, whether by accident or by design, has developed along the border and it will like get even worse unless the Obama Administration secures the border. Considering they have failed to take any action whatsoever in the last six years, there is a real possibility that even more Mexicans and Central Americans will be showing up for a shot at the propagandized American Dream. It is this very phenomenon, according to Dave Hodges of The Common Sense Show, that will usher in a new era in the United States wherein foreign troops under the banner of the United Nations will take command of the seemingly uncontrollable “humanitarian crisis” that has been allowed to develop in the last several months. In Part One, I detailed how the United Nations is posturing to seize American guns as a prelude to martial law. If you have have not read Part One, it will be helpful to do so before reading the rest of this article. Any police detective will tell you that it is sometimes necessary to look at the facts of an old crime in order to solve a new crime. If one wants to understand the forces at work which are posturing to enslave America, one has to first take a summary look at the forces behind the so-called Gulf Oil Spill because many of the players, one in particular, will prominently figure in what is coming. The Genesis of Our Present Demise Before we can solve the soon-to-be-crime in which the UN completes its pre-positioning of its assets and moves to seize American guns and impose martial law under the umbrella of a completely manufactured crisis, we need to take a retrospective peek at what happened in the Gulf Oil Spill. Shortly following the Gulf Oil Spill, I wrote a seven part series which exposed the conspiracy, which in part, blew the lid off the event by demonstrating the money movement prior to the explosion was orchestrated. Yes, I am saying that this was a false flag event. Proving this assertion is as easy as counting 1-2-3. The players involved in the Great Gulf Coast Holocaust were the following: 1. British Petroleum was the owner of the oil being removed from the floor of the Gulf. BP CEO Tony Hayward sold 40% of his BP holdings in the weeks prior to the spill and paid off his mortgage on his estate in Kent, England, avoided staggering losses. And true to form involving the pattern of perpetuating a false flag event with media complicity, on June 8, 2010, less than six weeks following the oil spill, BP bought Google and Yahoo Search Terms, related to the oil spill, in an obvious attempt to conceal as much of the truth as possible from the public. 2. Halliburton was drilling at the base of the Deepwater Horizon. Very coincidentally, only 11 days before, on April 9, 2010, Halliburton purchased Boots and Coots for a quarter of a billion dollars. Just who is Boots and Coots? Coincidentally, they are the largest oil clean up firm in the world And when the explosion took place 11 days later, wasn’t it fortunate that Halliburton was there armed with Boots and Coots as they capitalized on their timely good fortune. Subsequently, Halliburton’s profits increased 83% in just 3 months following the Gulf Oil Crisis subsequent to the clean-up efforts. It was simply raining coincidences! 3. Goldman Sachs and Transocean instituted a “put option” on Transocean’s stock for preferred Transocean insidersthe very morning of the explosion. Transocean boldly walked away with a $270 million dollar profit immediately following the explosion because they had doubly indemnified the rig only weeks prior to the explosion through Lloyds of London. This alone should have been enough to trigger a massive investigation. The subsequent cover-up for this event began in 2007, three years before the event, as Goldman Sachs reorganized Transocean, the owner of the destroyed oil rig, into a Cayman Island corporation. In doing so, it made Transocean virtually impossible for Congress to investigate and subsequently discipline the perpetrators. Oh, and the President got his hands dirty as well. The late Bob Chapman, while appearing the Alex Jones Show in June of 2010, revealed that Obama’s only asset holder, Vanguard I and Vanguard II, dramatically sold off BP stock only few weeks before Gulf oil explosion. Chapman also revealed that “According to this FSB report the largest seller of BP stock in the weeks before this disaster occurred was the American investment company known as Vanguard who through two of their financial arms (Vanguard Windsor II Investor and Vanguard Windsor I Investor) unloaded over 1.5 million shares of BP stock saving their investors hundreds of millions of dollars, chief among them was President Obama. The FSB further estimates in this report that through Obama’s three accounts in the Vanguard 500 Index Fund he stands to make another $100 million over the next 10 years as their largest stock holding is in the energy giant Exxon Mobil they believe will eventually acquire BP and all of their assets for what will be essentially a “rock bottom” price and which very predictably BP has hired Goldman Sachs to advise them on.” Watch the entire interview below.
The top five dumping institutions of BP stock just prior to the spill included Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (-4,680,822), Wachovia Bank National Association(-2,667,419) and it is important to note that Wachovia is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, thus, making this one tight little family of co-conspirators. We also see massive dumping of Sanders Capital, LLC (-1,371,785) and PNC Bank, National Association (-1,177,413) brings noted globalist George Soros into the conspiracy as well. And we now know who orchestrated the entire event. Peter Sutherland: A Person of Strong Interest Many have asked if there was a central figure who coordinated this conspiracy. If I were an unencumbered investigator and not operating under the umbrella of an agenda, I would want to look closely at a globalist named Peter Sutherland as the possible mastermind. But you see, Sutherland is not just the architect of the Gulf Oil Spill, as you will soon note, he will be behind what is coming with the United Nations take down of the United States. Peter Sutherland Peter Sutherland is an insider’s, insider. He is on the steering committee of the Bilderberg Group, he is an Honorary Chairman of the Trilateral Commission (2010-present), he was Chairman of the Trilateral Commission (Europe) (2001–2010) and Sutherland was Vice Chairman of the European Round Table of Industrialists (2006–2009). Sutherland was also the former head of the World Trade Organization and the related GATT. Sutherland is the ultimate insider.

More to the point, from 1996-2009, Sutherland was the CEO of BP. In 2009, he resigned from BP and assumed a “non-executive” CEO position with Goldman Sachs, less than a year before the Gulf Event.
Sutherland was in position to know how to manipulate this event and further, he would have been the one at Goldman Sachs who was in charge of the dumping of BP assets prior to explosion and the cover-ups of Transocean and Halliburton. Where was the FBI and the SEC through all of this? As if this is not enough to raise eyebrows, here is where Sutherland becomes my primary person of interest in this conspiracy. In 2006, Peter Sutherland was appointed as the special representative (SRSG) on the United Nations International Migration and Development. The UN’s International Migration and Development would be in charge of large scale population movements. At one time, I believed that the Gulf was going to be evacuated and that Sutherland, who helped his corporate cronies profit from the event, would be in charge of the UN mandated evacuation of the Gulf. That still might happen, especially considering that Jesse Ventura discovered an Army Corps of Engineers document granting the Corps $40 billion dollars to evacuate the Gulf. However, today, there is a much more pressing issue. I was correct when I stated that Sutherland is going to be in charge of a major UN population movement inside the United States, but it is going to be triggered by an influx of millions of illegal aliens who will unwittingly create a monumental catastrophe on our border with Mexico and that crisis is already underway. The Overrunning of America’s Southwest Border by Illegal Alien Children On June 19, 2014, I wrote a story which detailed how America’s southwestern border is being overrun by illegal aliens, mostly children. Why just the children? That same day on my website, I published an article which contained an advertisement by the US government for escorts to help illegal immigrant children who were going to be illegally crossing the border. In other words, this immigration crisis was planned at least 7 months in advance by the United States government. The national mainstream media is not yet covering the growing holocaust on our border with Mexico to the degree that it needs to be. People are soon going to be starving, dying of thirst from crossing the border in very hot 110+ temperatures and some of these immigrants are bringing diseases into the US because of the extremely unsanitary conditions on the border. The local media in Arizona is covering this horrific event, but not the national media. Below is a picture of illegal immigrant children being held in very primitive conditions in Nogales, Arizona.
A holocaust in the making which will require the intervention of the UN Migrant Council headed by Peter Sutherland. Make this picture go viral. You know this is being orchestrated into a Hegelian Dialectic on the border. The children of Central America did not wake up this June and decide to hold their collective recesses on the border with the United States. They were encouraged and provided transport (see Part One).

What Ties This All Together? Question: When will the UN be called into play and take command of the “international crisis on the American border? Answer: When helpless children begin to die in the hot Arizona summer and America’s compassion for children, regardless of where they come from, is put into play. This will get the UN “relief workers” to be initially accepted. Watch the news events in the coming days and weeks. Soon, every news item on this event will accentuate the suffering that these poor children are going through as they are herded into America without any adult supervision. And yes, God does command us to help these innocent ones. However, this will be the excuse that is needed to roll out these prepositioned UN assets. The immigration/border crisis is at least one part of the plot to subjugate America. And when it comes to relocating the soon-to-be millions of children flooding here to safe havens, who will be in charge? It will be Peter Sutherland and the UN Migration Council. And once the UN troops are openly on our streets, the foothold will have been achieved. Gun confiscation and martial law will be a foregone conclusion as the next, yet undefined, false flag event will unfold. When you see the blue helmets on your streets, it will be Peter Sutherland in charge. And I am certain that he will handle this crisis with the same demeanor and integrity as he handled the Gulf crisis.
