Have you read Nick Cook's book, "The Hunt For Zero Point"? Though it isn't specifically a book about Kammler he does a remarkable job tracking this elusive Nazi. The book also has a photo of Kammler. The only one know to exist that is. You might find it (the book) interesting as it investigates much of the hidden and secret Nazi weapons programs.
