| America & The Writing on the Wall: Three Distinct yet Complimentary Views (Witnesses)Posted on August 28, 2014by CARLOS MONTAÑAYou the reader are almost certainly aware of the particular prophecy in the Book of Daniel often referred to as The Writing On The Wall. During an early autumn night in the city of Babylon, acting king Belshazzar and 1000 of his nobles gathered to celebrate the feast of one of the Babylonian gods or goddesses, perhaps goddess Ishtar. The year was 539 BC. In a moment of drunken imprudence, Belshazzar called for the sacred gold and silver vessels which had been pilfered from the Temple in Jerusalem. The nobles used and desecrated the vessels, and within the hour, a mysterious hand appeared and wrote a cryptic message on the wall of the dining chamber. No-one among the 1000 nor any of the Chaldeans or soothsayers brought into the chamber could interpret the message, but the queen reminded Belshazzar that there was a man in the kingdom, Daniel (Belteshazzar) upon whom the spirit of the living God rested, and that surely he could interpret the message. Let’s pick up the story in Daniel 5 (it might behoove you to open your Holy Bible and read the entire Chapter)-24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.25 And this is the writing that was written, Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin.26 This is the interpretation of the thing: Mene; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.27 Tekel; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.28 Peres; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.29 Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.30 In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.31 And Darius the Median took the kingdom, being about threescore and two years old.Not only was the king killed on this night, but the entire kingdom of Babylon fell. Four amazing words “Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin (Peres)”. If the United States of America is Babylon the Great, also called the Daughter of Babylon and end times/prophetic Babylon, then we can expect that this historic event foreshadows, in some way or ways, the near-future fall of America. In other words, we can expect a “writing on the wall” event or events to occur in the USA. While this article is not meant as a listing of such, there is one event which I will remind readers of, one which I published on in the immediate aftermath of the last Presidential election. This is a most compelling number which is finely-integrated within the Holy Bible. More on that in the next paragraph; for now, let’s break down 2520 further, into the representative coinage units. The 2520 gerahs are equivalent to 216 shekels, a coinage unit in common usage in those days. 216 is a fascinating number which can be represented as 6 x 6 x 6*.Now, for 2520 in the Holy Bible- we know that Babylon will be a world power for 70 years (which is 25,200 days in prophetic years) before she falls. I’m talking here about the United States of America, folks. Intriguingly, “seventy years” in Hebrew Gematria = 777, so to all my sisters and brothers who are “seeing” this profound number, 777, this is an essential Biblical meaning. America has but 70 years granted to her as sole Superpower. But there’s more. The word “Babylon” occurs in the Holy Bible (KJV) in precisely 252verses-http://www.biblewheel.com//GR/GR_Database.php?SearchBy_Word=BabylonAnd, finally, I’ve discovered recently that the numbers 252,000 and 1776 are contained within the Gematria of the Jeremiad Babylon verses (Chapters 50 & 51) through the equation-253,776 = 252,000 (Judgment) + (on) 1776 (America). I’ll explain the derivation of the equation on my new blog, God willing within a couple of months. And if you don’t think that, Biblically, the number 1776 has anything to do with America, I’d suggest that you reconsider your position. Both the Christian and occult “founding fathers” of this nation knew precisely what they were doing. Not only that, but God is in control and everything worked out according to His Divine Plan, despite the tampering of the occult in setting the year and precise day. By this I mean that this nation, the United States of America, was meant to be a light to the world.
