FERGUSON STIRRED UP BY FEDS' 'COMMUNITY RELATIONS SERVICE' Ferguson
By Paul Bremmer

Ferguson, Missouri, is approaching the volatility of a stick of dynamite as the time nears for an announcement whether a grand jury will indict police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of black teenager Michael Brown.
While the deadline for a decision isn’t until January, the prosecutor’s office has said word could come just about any time now.
Which is why Metro Shooting Range manager John Stephenson in nearby Bridgeton, Missouri, told CNN gun sales were up 40 percent to 50 percent. And many people are coming to the range for training, saying they are worried. And Dan McMullen, who runs Solo Insurance in Ferguson close to where violence broke out in early August, told CNN he has brought an extra gun to his office ever since racial tensions skyrocketed following the Brown shooting. He speculated on the possibility he might get trapped in his office and “have to have a John Wayne shootout.”
Business owners are boarding up windows and one Ferguson resident told CBS, “We are getting prepared for war.”
So the work of the federal Community Relations Service, a secretive arm of the U.S. Department of Justice that is intended to smooth out differences and reach compromises, should be helping.
But is it, questions one leading activist.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said his organization has been tracking the CRS’ actions in Ferguson, just as they tracked the CRS’ actions in Sanford, Florida, after the 2012 Trayvon Martin shooting.
He does not believe CRS workers are impartial mediators.
“They obviously did not facilitate anything in terms of positive outcomes and community relations, and our work showing what they had done in the Trayvon Martin shooting controversy shows that they are not there as a neutral party,” Fitton said. “They go down there to advocate on behalf of the racialist point of view that the Department of Justice has.”
It could be that one of the results of the agency work is the 19 “rules of engagement” that protest organizers have said they want police to follow if protests develop follow the decision on charges against Wilson.
Essentially the “Don’t Shoot Coalition” wants police to abandon military tactics and let protesters free rein in designated areas, critics said.
The CRS was established by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and attempts to calm racial strife in American towns and cities through confidential mediation of disputes. The CRS doesn’t investigate cases, make arrests, or file lawsuits. It aims only to give all sides a private place to talk to each other and resolve their differences.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, CRS mediators arrived in Ferguson the day after Wilson shot Brown. They met with Brown’s family late that night, and they have been working behind the scenes every day since then, according to the paper. They have held dozens of private meetings with police, residents, and community leaders.
The Justice Department won’t comment on the CRS workers or what exactly they are doing, but back in August, less than a week after the Brown shooting, Ferguson mayor James Knowles told The Daily Caller that two CRS agents were in his town training demonstrators on how best to participate in protests.
Colin Flaherty, author of “‘White Girl Bleed A Lot’: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore It,” thinks the CRS is actually spreading resentment and hostility among the Ferguson protesters.
“The Department of Justice community organizers are spreading the word this incident had racial overtones, was racially motivated, and that is basically just putting a keg of dynamite in the middle of Ferguson and lighting the fuse,” Flaherty said. “Now when it blows up they’re going to walk away and say, ‘Hey, I don’t know anything about that.’”
Flaherty said those who are boarding up their windows and buying guns are not engaging in baseless fear. He pointed to several elected St. Louis officials and community activists who have said there will be violence if the decision doesn’t meet their demands.
He said the DOJ has done nothing to calm the Brown supporters.
“So, this Department of Justice, they’re not peacemakers. They’re resentment-creators, and we’re seeing the effects of that right now in Ferguson and around the country,” Flaherty said.
Jack Cashill, who wrote “If I Had a Son: Race, Guns, and the Railroading of George Zimmerman” about the Trayvon Martin case, agreed that the CRS actually emboldened the protesters in Ferguson, just as they did in Sanford after the Martin shooting. Here is an excerpt from “If I Had a Son:”
“That same day, Day Twelve of the trial, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch released the results of its investigation into Justice Department activities in Florida in March and April 2012. For more than a year the Treehouse had been calling attention to the provocative role played by the stealthy and powerful Community Relations Service (CRS) within the Department of Justice. Judicial Watch was able to document at least some of its involvement. Although CRS is officially tasked with identifying and easing racial tensions before they arise, the information secured by Judicial Watch showed that the agency ‘actively worked to foment unrest.’ Former CRS director Ondray Harris confirmed that its career employees were often guilty of ‘acting as advocates instead of mediators.’”
Now the CRS is up to no good again, according to Cashill.
“What they’ve done is they’ve treated the Ferguson protesters as though it’s legitimate and they have every right to do what they’re doing,” Cashill said.
He said this acquiescence has led to the absurdity of the protesters’ “rules of engagement.”
“This is a first, I believe, in American history, where people are threatening to riot and then making demands as to how their rioting should be received,” Cashill said. “And unfortunately, the Obama administration has done, to this point, everything it could do to make them feel justified in their demands.”
Flaherty said Attorney General Eric Holder did not help the situation by proclaiming back in August, shortly after the Brown shooting, “I am the attorney general… but I’m also a black man.” He said Holder signaled his support for the protesters and their grievances.
“We see it repeated now relentlessly all over the country – white racism is everywhere, white racism is permanent, white racism explains everything,” Flaherty said. “Black people are the relentless victims of racism. That’s the message.”
Fitton agreed that Holder only fanned the flames of resentment in Ferguson.
“Eric Holder has a despicable record of failing to enforce the law and exercise his authority as attorney general in a race-neutral manner,” Fitton said. “And, you know, his comments at Ferguson suggest that he was not going to approach this case in a neutral manner.”
Citing the eight people who beat an off-duty Chicago policeman into a coma last week, Flaherty added, “They’re not shy about saying what the results of their message and belief are. If they find you guilty in the streets of this white racism, you will be subject to violence that you richly deserve.”
Cashill also agreed that Holder essentially gave aid and comfort to the protesters.
“It seems that the purpose of the CRS is to justify the grievance mentality and to empower and to enable it,” Cashill said. “And obviously, Eric Holder did his best to foment that and it seems like Loretta Lynch, his likely successor, will do the same.”

Dangerous Allies: Ferguson, Palestine & The Religious Left

FERGUSON STIRRED UP BY FEDS' 'COMMUNITY RELATIONS SERVICE' A
[size][size]
It should come as no surprise that the protestors in Ferguson, Missouri should discover a mutually beneficial relationship with the Palestinian Liberation movement.  Those in Ferguson, who see the death of Michael Brown as unjustified and the result of tyranny by an iron-fisted police force, are finding a symbiosis with Palestinian nationalists who see themselves as suffering under Israeli occupation.
But how much of this kinship is intrinsically recognized, and how much is promoted and encouraged? When considering racially charged Ferguson, and anti-Israel Palestine, what are the similarities that the Religious Left (didn't know they existed, did you?) can exploit?  The answer in one word -- it is called OPPRESSION.
First, let's identify the Religious Left.  This is much more difficult to do than defining the Religious Right.  The Leftist version is described on Wikipedia as referring to a spectrum of left-wing Christian (?) political and social movements that largely embrace viewpoints described as social justice that upholds a social gospel.  I question the Christian aspect of their movement, because they often do not believe in the infallibility or veracity of the Bible.  Their interpretation of "social justice" is based on the collective; i.e., justice in terms of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society.
I contend that the Biblical meaning of "social justice" is more individual than societal; Jesus commands each of us to take care of the poor, the widows, and the fatherless.  The Bible places the responsibility on the individual to show kindness and mercy, rather than on the government to force income equality through increased taxes and redistribution.  Obviously, one approach is God-centered; the other is man-centered.
Now that we have the definitions and explanations out of the way, what does all this have to do with Ferguson and Palestine?  Well, it seems that the Religious Left includes organizations like the Quaker group, American Friends Service Committee (AFSC).  They have become a political force that has involved itself in causes they deem "oppressive" to the spirit of "peace."  To wit, they welcomed a blog post on their website from a Palestinian who has become embroiled in the Ferguson protests.  Bassem Masri felt the same dismissal by mainstream Americans toward the plight of Ferguson citizens, as he has in Americans' repudiation of the Palestinian cause.  He wrote, "The timing of the two events woke up a lot of people. When Mike was killed, much of the media started demonizing him and the protestors, often the same sources that blamed Palestinians for their own deaths in Gaza. People naturally saw the connections."  Oh, really?
While admitting that I am nervous about seeing the militarization of police, I am also not willing to declare either Michael Brown, the destructive citizens of Ferguson, or the anti-Israeli Palestinians as "innocent" victims of tyranny.  I am not sitting on the Ferguson Grand Jury, and therefore I do not have all the evidence, but by all appearances, this will not be a slam-dunk indictment of Officer Darren Wilson.  Neither are the citizens of Ferguson without fault.  Those who chose to rob businesses, destroy private property, and assault law enforcement officers should not expect sympathy for their actions.

[size][size]
I'm sorry, but I reject the premise of Mr. Masri, and groups like the AFSC, that Ferguson rioters and Palestinian nationalists are fellow "resistance fighters".  And I resent the race card being played as a method of pointing out "human rights abuses" in Ferguson.  It is a clear attempt to create a common identity between these two disparate groups.  By endorsing Masri's post and self-proclaimed role as "collaborator" with the Ferguson protestors, AFSC shows their true colors:  to proclaim the moral and social tyranny of America and Israel.  Masri stokes the fire, as he writes, "Facing violence from an occupying force, whether in Palestine or Ferguson, forges a mindset that demands resistance and standing up for one’s community. When the police used military tanks and checkpoints to imprison the residents of Ferguson, I was reminded of life in the West Bank where I saw the Israeli military use the same tactics of repression."  Ah, not only is his bias showing, but his own bigotry and political leanings.
Sadly, I am afraid that Ferguson is ripe for such exploitation.  I used to live near St. Louis during my high school years, and I can tell you that the ensuing years of government entitlement have led to this powder keg situation.  Generations of fatherless kids and welfare families, along with a willingness to write off these communities, have created two Americas that will not easily be reconciled.  The racial tension is so palpable you can touch it; the economic divide seems insurmountable.  No one seems to know how to avoid the coming firestorm.  And into the fray, step outside groups who are organized, and only too willing to capitalize on the mounting pressure; groups who threaten to usurp the cause of the Ferguson residents for their own agendas.  They don't even know they are being used.
So, now the Grand Jury verdict is due any day now.  What will be the ramifications?  And who will ultimately benefit from the expected chaos?  It seems clear to me that Ferguson is positioned to become the battle ground between anarchy and authoritarianism ... and who will be the victor?  Either way, America loses.

88 year old WWII veteran, Delbert Belton, was beaten to death in his vehicle in a parking lot in August, 2013, in Spokane, WA where I live. They caught the two 16 year old black kids (with previous assault charges to their credit) but where is the justice? This case hasn't been mentioned in the press since December 2013, that I can find. I expect no justice for this white police officer in Missouri, if he was defending himself. I also imagine that the people serving on the grand jury are in danger. This situation will indeed blow up, according to a dream that someone was given, and will kick off a very bloody revolution in this country. Churches are said to be now active in Ferguson, praying and trying to diffuse the situation. Everyone must do spiritual warfare for the people of Ferguson.

Yes! This is definitely spiritual warfare, and we CAN diffuse the hatred and evil, if we get down on our knees. The demonic forces in Ferguson are no match for the powers in Heaven. Intercessory prayer is the answer!

From: John Moore ...WWW.THELIBERTYMAN.COM

In Re: Ferguson MO,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

On 11/13, I attended a private briefing with an appointed government official with first hand knowledge of the following:

1.) The successful 10/31 attack on the power grid equipment supplying power to the Ferguson police and fire department headquarters was actually two attacks.

Mainstream media reports do not mention this fact. Power line workers interviewed on the matter say they would not attempt to do what was done because of the inherent danger of same.

2.) The City of Ferguson (with permission of the out-of-state corporate owners) has taken over a closed/mothballed funeral home with 20,000 square of space.

The emergency gen-set has been tested and a stock of fuel delivered. Embalming chemicals/supplies/equipment has been delivered. The cold storage morgue has been cleaned and made ready for the dozens of bodies expected when the rioting commences.

3.) 1,000 active-duty U.S. Army soldiers at Fort Leonard Wood MO are on standing-by on-call to be deployed to St. Louis County. They will bring the heavy weapons of war with them. Note: this is not the MO National Guard, these are active-duty U.S. Army soldiers!

4.) First Governor Nixon, and now U.S. Senator McCaskill, have asked the Ferguson Chief of Police to resign. Private negotiations between Nixon and the Chief were revealed (we believe by Nixon's people) to CNN ending that negotiation. McCaskill has not made an acceptable offer to the Chief.

5.) It is believed by those with the most current intelligence on this matter that Ferguson will burn. The former St. Louis County Chief of Police has publicly warned of criminals being ready to exploit this matter for their personal gain.

I concur.

Since 1973, I have helped defend hundreds of men charged with every crime one can imagine. I have occasionally asked these men the following question: If there was an earthquake, flood, or tornado causing wide-spread problems, what would you do? Their answer? "We look at these matters as Economic Opportunity".

Be advised: In the St. Louis Metropolitan area there are literally thousands of black males with criminal records who are angry at the world. These men could care less about Michael Brown, or any political action related to his death. To be fair, there are many hundreds of Caucasian criminals licking their lips at the thought of unhindered theft, rape, murder, looting and pillaging.

Once these men know that no one can call 911, it's "Katy bar the door!" I'm told that the rioting will "ripple out" from Ferguson into the rest of Metro-St. Louis. Possibly. My personal belief is the rioting will commence in at least two places (Ferguson and the Tower Grove Park area of St. Louis).

At the meeting last night of American Legion Post 601 (where I am the Commander) one of our men asked me:" John, who is behind this?"

ο I proceeded to tell him about the Communist activists going door-to-door in Ferguson. The second week of the riots in August, two of them knocked on the door of a friend in Ferguson. It was a warm, sunny August afternoon. One man was Latino (from California). The other a Caucasian from back East. They were distributing copies of the Communist newspaper. They were talking with the citizens about how wonderful a Communist Workers Paradise would be for them.

ο I told my fellow Legionnaire that the people and money behind this matter are East Coast Communists with very serious financial backing. These people are trained, equipped and organized with an identifiable chain-of-command. Their goal is to recreate the 1988 L.A. riots all over again. My expectation (shared by many police and local officials) is there will be at least dozens, if not hundreds, of deaths and serious physical injury to protesters, police and innocent civilians. Property damage? Tens of millions of dollars.

Good luck, God Bless & Be Safe!

KKK Missouri Chapter Threatens Ferguson Protesters with 'Lethal Force'

Published on Nov 13, 2014

http://www.undergroundworldnews.com
Members of a Missouri-based KKK chapter have been distributing fliers in the St. Louis metro area and on social media promising to use "lethal force" against Ferguson protesters they say have threatened police officers and their families.

In the flier, the Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan refer to the protesters as "terrorists" masquerading as peaceful, and says that they have "awakened a sleeping giant."

"You have been warned by the Ku Klux Klan!" the flier exclaims. "There will be consequences for your acts of violence against the peaceful, law-abiding citizens of Missouri."

Ferguson Cop Rapes Woman in Jail, Lawsuit Claims

Lawsuit comes at the worst possible time as provocateurs mass in Ferguson, Mo.

A pregnant woman claims she was raped in jail by a Ferguson corrections officer last year, according to a federal lawsuit filed Friday.

The woman, J.W., was stopped by Ferguson police on Oct. 13, 2013 because her license plates were expired and was arrested after giving a false name.
“You smell good,” J.W. claims Officer Hayden said to her during her booking. “This will teach you a lesson.”
J.W.’s boyfriend eventually posted her bond but Officer Hayden said she still had traffic warrants from other cities.
In exchange for securing her release, Officer Hayden took J.W. to the boiler room and proceeded to have sex with her and she did not resist out of fear, according to the lawsuit.
The suit also claims that Officer Hayden led her to a side door and told her to stay close to the building when leaving to presumably stay out of the sight of security cameras.
A D V E R T I S E M E N T
J.W. went to a hospital afterwards and DNA tests confirmed pubic hair on her body was from Hayden.
“The conduct of City of Ferguson law enforcement in engaging in repeated acts of violence and constitutional violations against the citizenry constitutes a pattern,” the lawsuit asserts.
The lawsuit comes at a poor time for the city as provocateurs posing as protestors are expected to riot in response to the jury decision on whether to indict Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown during an altercation on Aug. 9.
Wilson is not expected to be charged.
