The theory comes from a WikiLeaks email from Hillary’s Chairman John Podesta to DC lobbyist Steve Elmendorf. Elmendorf was also the former chief of staff to Democratic leader Dick Gephardt.
Podesta writes, “Didn’t think wet works meant pool parties at the Vineyard.”
Elmendrof responds, “I am all in Sounds like it will be a bad nite , we all need to buckle up and double down”

Of the black caucus women, we know one (i.d.'d above) tweeted that Trump should be shot.

Another was either writing or being given a sneak peak of her official response to SOTU, as it was released just as it appeared on her cell phone while POTUS was speaking.

Scalia was blocking the way to certain legislation specifically, and their agenda overall.
The timeline Q pointed us to tied his Supreme Court position to Loretta Lynch.
It was hers if she played ball-and that's what the tarmac meeting was about.

But I'd have to hunt down the specifics.  I don't remember the details of the deals.
But that's what most think happened.  Especially where the 'hit' on Scalia's life came from the DNC.  We know that because from wikileaks we have Podesta referring to the murder a few days before it happened.
