KMSP Fox9 in Minneapolis, Minnesota has undertaken something the national MSM no longer seem to do — bold, investigative journalism.
For five months, Fox9 investigated rampant welfare fraud by the Somali “refugee” and immigrant community in Minnesota, which cost the state’s taxpayers a whopping $100 million a year. Even worse, the $millions defrauded were then transferred to Muslim terrorists in Somali and other countries in the Middle East.

Through the Refugee Act of 1980, sponsored by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D) and former Sen. Joe Biden (D), the federal government has been aggressively “resettling” refugees from the east African country of Somalia into the United States, especially Minnesota. As of 2017, the state has an estimated 57,000 Somalis, the largest population of Somalis outside of East Africa.

Jeff Baillon reports on May 13, 2018 that Fox9 investigators used (1) public records; and (2) nearly a dozen government sources with direct knowledge of what is happening. These sources have a deep fear, and there is evidence to support their concerns, that some of the defrauded welfare money is ending up in the hands of terrorists.
The story began on the morning of March 15, 2018 when Fox9 chased a tip about a man who was leaving the country from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) with a carry-on bag packed with $1 million in cash. Fox9 discovered that mysterious suitcases filled with cash have become a common, almost weekly carry-on at the airport. The money is usually headed to the Middle East, Dubai and points beyond. Last year alone, more than $100 million in cash left MSP in carry-on luggage.Travelers can do that, as long as they fill out the proper government forms.

Glen Kerns, a former Seattle police detective who’d spent 15 years on the FBI’s joint terrorism task force, said: “What we were interested in is where it [the suitcases of money] was going. It’s an outright crime, it’s unbelievable.”
Kerns tracked millions of dollars in cash leaving on flights from Seattle. The money came from Hawalas — businesses used by some immigrant communities in the United States to courier money to their relatives in countries with no official banking system. Kerns discovered some of the money was being funneled to a Hawala in the region of Somalia that is controlled by the al Shabaab terrorist group:

“I talked to a couple of sources who had lived in that region and I said, ‘If money is going to this Hawala do you think it is going to al Shabaab?’ And he said, ‘Oh definitely, that area is controlled by al Shabaab, and they control the Hawala there.’”

Kerns’ source said that when the money arrives, whether it was intended for legitimate purposes or not, al Shabaab or other groups demand a cut.
As Kerns dug deeper, he found that some of the individuals who were sending out tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of remittance payments were on government assistance: “We had sources that told us, ‘It’s welfare fraud, it’s all about the daycare.’”
Five years ago, Fox9 was the first to report that daycare fraud was on the rise in Minnesota and that some businesses were gaming the system to steal millions in government subsidies meant to help low-income families with their childcare expenses. As Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman sarcastically put it, “It’s a great way to make some money.”
This is how the daycare-fraud scheme works:

[*]First, the daycare centers sign up low income families that qualify for child care assistance funding.

[*]As shown by surveillance videos from a case prosecuted by Hennepin County, parents receiving childcare assistance funding check their kids into a daycare center, only to leave with them a few minutes later. Sometimes, no children would show up.

[*]Either way, the center bills the state for a full day of childcare. Video from the Hennepin case shows a man handing out envelopes of kickback payments to parents who are in on the fraud.

[*]Some of the defrauded money goes overseas.

An example is Fozia Ali, the owner of a daycare center in south Minneapolis and a member of the city of Hopkins Park Board. As she was taking her oath of office to “support the constitution of the United States, so help me God,” Ali was under investigation for wire fraud and theft of public money. Her daycare center was raided by state and federal agents, suspected of billing the government for more than a million dollars’ worth of bogus childcare services.

Craig Lisher from the FBI said: “We found records that she was collecting a significant amount of money for a much larger number of children than were actually attending the center. We are aware that some of the funds went overseas, what she was cashing out, money from the business.”
Investigators analyzed Ali’s cell phone to track her activities, and found that she had taken a two-month trip from Minnesota to Dubai and then Kenya, staying at times in $800 a night hotel rooms. She used an app on her phone to bill the state of Minnesota for childcare services while she was out of the country.
Ali pled guilty to the daycare fraud and in March began serving time in a federal prison.
Acting Commissioner for the Department of Human Services Chuck Johnson said his agency has 10 daycares currently under active investigation for fraud. Search warrants obtained by the Fox 9 Investigators show each one of the suspect centers has received several million dollars in childcare assistance funds; most are owned by Somali immigrants. Fox 9 has learned dozens more daycare centers are considered suspicious.
Sources in the Somali community told Fox 9 it is an open secret that starting a daycare center is a license to make money. The fraud is so widespread they said, that people buy shares of daycare businesses to get a cut of the huge public subsidies that are pouring in. Government insiders believe this scam is costing the state at least a hundred million dollars a year, half of all child care subsidies.
In 2014, Minnesota began aggressively going after daycare fraud. The government discovered that within hours after the money showed up in a daycare center’s bank account, funds were wired to the United Arab Emirates. Those wire transfers stopped after a few centers were busted, which led to a change in the fraudsters’ tactics to using those mysterious suitcases filled with cash at Minneapolis-St. Paul International. Investigators documented the carry-on cash increasing from $14 million in 2015, to $84 million in 2016, to $100 million in 2017 — at least some of which is going towards terrorism.
The welfare-dollars-to-terrorists crime is spreading. Sources tell Fox 9 fraudsters in other states are now using the Minnesota playbook to rip off millions of taxpayer-paid welfare dollars.

Democratic Party Is Dead-False Flags Are the Last Resort


 
This article will demonstrate that the Democratic Party is both the mouthpiece and the agent of enforcement of the Deep State. Unfortunately for the globalists, the Democrats are broke and  the much anticipated “Blue Wave” of Democratic victories resulting in returning Congress to the party, is not going to happen for a variety of reasons. The only option left is to force a crisis with a variety of false flag attacks between now and the 2018 midterm elections.


To a large extent, the Democratic party of JFK was once the party of the working person, the down-trodden people of color and the politically disenfranchised. JFK’s stellar work on civil rights culminated in the 1964 Civil Rights Act and other accompanying legislation shortly after JFK’s untimely death.
Today’s Democratic party is one of divisiveness and organized crime and spirit-cooking under criminals such as Obama, Holder, Lynch, Podesta, Wasserman–Schultz and most of all, Clinton.


The Democratic party once performed notable and courageous acts such as trying to register black people to vote in the anti-civil rights deep south. Now they engage in blatant and massive voter fraud in order to achieve Deep State goals which underlie the guiding light of the Democrats (see below).
Never was the Democratic voter fraud in more evidence than it was during the 2016 Democratic Primary election between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Without question, Sanders should have been the Democratic party presidential candidate instead of Hillary Clinton. In 2016, the fix was in.  A prominent and well-published Stanford study indicated which only use electronic voting machines give Hillary a 9% advance over Sanders in the Democratic Primary.
The Stanford study demonstrated that pre-election polls accurately predicted election results when a paper ballot was used. However, when unaccountable and unregulated electronic voting machines were used, with no confirming paper trial, Clinton exceeded the pre-election polling expectations by 9%.  When one runs the odds on this being due to random chance, the odds were nearly incalculable.
What adds fuel to this fire is that the two major manufacturers of the voting machines,  Dominion Voting and H.I.G. Capital, are large Clinton campaign supporters. I remember reading something about the fact that it is illegal to engage in such a flagrant conflict of interest. The criminality that was oozing out Clinton and the DNC leadership, never stops.
Not only does the Democratic Party have to cheat to win, they need control over the voting machines. Conventional wisdom states that the ceiling for Democratic cheating in elections is about 10-12%. Many election experts that I speak to state that the voting fraud ceiling was reached both in the Democratic primary and the general election in 2016. In the general election, I documented numerous instances of double voting by democrats in multiple and adjacent states, illegal aliens voting as they were bussed to polling places in places like New York City and this was sponsored by elected public officials and of course, the voting machines of George Soros tipped the vote significantly and was responsible for Hillary’s primary election victory and it almost stole the general election from Donald Trump.
On January 27, 2018, I was invited to attend a Republican convention in Arizona. I was invited to attend by a member of Congressman Paul Gosar’s (R-AZ)  staff. I have interviewed Congressman Gosar a number of times. In our private conversation on that day, Rep. Gosar told me that the Republicans estimated that the Democrats would have to gain a total of 10 million illegal alien votes in order to win the general election. This comment was made in reference to the Congressman’s staunch opposition to DACA’s (Dreamers) block chain immigration goals where all the friends and family and neighbors of a so-called “dreamer” could come to America and would be granted amnesty and as such, full and immediate voting rights for 2018 and 2020. The Democrats refused to negotiate with Trump, and for now, DACA is dead.


A broke Democratic party is a desperate Democratic party that will do almost anything and everything to win an election.
The sheer numbers that the Democrats would have to fabricate in the next election is staggering. And when we add to the fact that the Democrats are dead broke, they cannot not even bring major influence to a local election by buying more air time and winning the public recognition game. They simply don’t have the money and even their benefactor, George Soros, cannot significantly help because he has lost his backside in a failed coup in Hungary and the presently unsuccessful CALEXIT movement.
How broke is the Democratic Party? Let’s look to the Democratic, Deep-State friendly AOL for that answer:

I have asked many guests on The Common Sense Show from Mike Adams to Paul Preston, what will the Deep State controlled Democratic party to do to maintain its march for overthrowing the country, the Constitution and subsequent civil liberties. Mike Adams said they will let off a nuke. Paul Preston said they will engage in extreme violence in places like California (ie CALEXIT) so the UN will militarily intervene under the Kigali Principles and a civil war will ensue. Paul Martin said there is NOTHING they won’t do to maintain their diminishing power and accomplish their goal of a socialist-fascist overthrow of the US government.
Do the Democrats have the DNA todo what I am suggesting? Look at the following.


In both his book and his documentary by the same name, Louden identifes 80 elected representatives of the American people who have been elected to the the House and the Senate who belong to front groups for either the Communist Party or the world’s biggest terrorist organization, the Muslim Brotherhood, or both at the same time. Largely, these representatives, such as Elizabeth Warren and John McCain have been recruited from the ranks of those who enthusiastically supported free trade and the subsequent loss of millions of American jobs. McCain was a co-sponsor of CAFTA, a free trade agreement.
Louden detais how these associations impacts the American people as it alters Congressional policies and laws that are passed.

Am I talking about treason, you are damn right I am.

The Democratic party cannot win back the control of the government. Therefore, their Deep State partners cannot bring down the American government. CALEXIT is failing. The Democrats are broke. Therefore, there only solution is to envoke massive false flag events in this country and pray that the United Nations will militarily assert itself through the Kigali Principles.
People always want to know the time frame of these kinds of events. I almost always shy away from giving time frame related answers. However, in this case, it is possible to do so. Subsequently, I would state that as reality sets in for both the Deep State and its Democratic party puppets, the period between Labor Day and the midterm elections in November is a period of extreme danger for America.

The United States is running out of military bombs and may soon find it difficult to build more as key suppliers announce they are no longer making the necessary parts and materials and the price of chemicals continue to rise, a new report states. 
According to the Industrial Capabilities report, put out by the Pentagon's Office of Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy, the industrial base of the military weapons sector is strained.  
The report blames the issue on the 'start-and-stop nature of munitions procurement over the last 20 years,' as well as the lack of new ammunition designs being developed by the US, according to Defense News.

The report states that the Pentagon plans to invest more than $20billion in ammunition in its next budget, but the industrial base may not have the capabilities to support such massive buys of munition. 
Among the many issues the report points out, the biggest and most problematic is key suppliers dropping out entirely, leaving the US with no option for replacing vital materials. 
According to the report, Raytheon and Lockhead Martin account for roughly 97 per cent of the Department of Defense's military weapons and missile procurement funding.
'But while those two firms are doing well, there are concerns about sub-tier suppliers in the realm of “thermal batteries, SRMs [solid rocket motors], fuzes, jet engines, inertial measurement units (IMUs), GPS receivers, seekers, and warheads,” as well as how healthy that base will remain in the future,' the report stated, according to Defense News. 
The sole producer of  dimeryl diisocyanate, a key propellant ingredient used in certain military missiles, told the Pentagon it will be leaving the business soon. That means the Department of Defense will have 'no qualified source' of the material. 
Another concern raised in the report is that other suppliers used are located overseas, with no capability to produce vital parts and materials needed for ammunition. 
Dechlorane Plus 25, a component in the insulation of weapons, comes from China and the supplier 'can no longer produce that precursor and so there is now no source for Dechlorane in the world.'
Other chemicals needed for munition are facing rising costs. The report points out that ammonium perchlorate, a chemical compound used in nearly all Department of Defense missile programs is getting more expensive. The report also states that chemicals used in Department of Defense munition are also becoming more expensive


Another issue pointed in the report is that the US has slowed down on building brand-new weapons, which is negatively affecting its design skill
'The sole producer, American Pacific, is only operating at 10 to 15 per cent of capacity due to limited demand; as a result, there have been large increases in cost per round of chemical compound, a trend likely to continue into the 2020s,' the report reads. 
The military has also significantly slowed down on creating brand-new weapons, another major issue the report claims. 
According to the Industrial Capabilities findings, 'the military's desire to tinker with existing designs ... has left the industrial base with a lack of design experience'.        
'The loss of this design and production capability could result in costly delays, unanticipated expense, and a significant impact to many current and future missile programs, damaging the readiness of the Department (of Defense) and negatively impacting a foundational national defense priority by placing the ballistic missile production capability at risk,' according to the report.

LEVIN DROPS A MOAB: New Revelation Mueller’s Lawyers Obtained ‘Special Status’ Show Probe is Unconstitutional Under Article II (VIDEO)

Constitutional expert Mark Levin dropped a MOAB on Mueller’s witch hunt Tuesday evening, arguing the ‘special status’ obtained by the special counsel’s lawyers show the probe is unconstitutional under Article II.

As previously reported, Robert Mueller and his team of liberal hack lawyers know they don’t stand a chance in Judge Ellis’ court so they are running a shady, legal shell game to salvage their case against Paul Manafort.

Mueller’s lawyers filed for, and obtained an obscure special status giving them dual roles as not only special counsel prosecutors, but also as ‘Special Assistant US Attorneys (SAUSAs) which could make it difficult for Judge Ellis to hand the case over to other prosecutors.
According to Politico’s reporting, this special status given to Mueller’s lawyers theoretically allows them to rove around and pursue matters outside of the special counsel’s mandate.
This bombshell revelation may be the key to dismantling Mueller’s entire operation, says Mark Levin.
Since Mueller’s lawyers have dual status as US Attorneys, that makes Mueller a US Attorney rather than a Special Counsel. Only a President can appoint a US Attorney. By appointing Mueller, Rod Rosenstein usurped the President of the United States.

He said that therefore, their direct supervisor — Mueller — should be lawfully considered a “roving” U.S. Attorney.
He said the Constitution designates the president as the person who must nominate all “principal officers” — including U.S. attorneys and cabinet members.
But, Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and was not confirmed by the Senate, as anyone working as a U.S. attorney should be by law, according to Levin.
Levin said that the scenario therefore “violates the Constitution [via] the Appointments Clause” in Article II.
“Rosenstein usurped the authority of the president of the United States to nominate whoever he wants as a prosecutor,” Levin said.
“Mr. Mueller is serving unconstitutionally in violation of the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution because of the way Rod Rosenstein appointed him.”
