From people in the know-a really good veggie burger recipe should the occasion arise.
Black beans, oats, carrot, beet, onion, garlic, chickpea flour, walnuts, flax seed, tapioca starch, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, thyme, black pepper, sea salt, (tomato paste, date paste, apple cider vinegar, cayenne), volcanic lemon juice and olive oil. Fried in coconut oil.

Take a bath in this. And get some chlorella tablets and take everyday. I had my 16 year old do this. She is feeling back to normal. (This is my own remedy I felt would work great) worth a try
