Medical Martial Law Has Begun 20 Oct, 2014 by Dave Hodges Print this article Font size -16+
A soft form of medial martial law has begun in this country. The administration is aligning its forces, revocation of due process and civil liberties is strongly being hinted at and we will not have to wait much longer for nature to take its course. President Obama refuses to close the borders to possible bioterrorism involving Ebola and possible terrorists crossing our southern border. Obama also refuses to close American airports to travelers from West Africa, despite the fact that over 30 nations have done exactly that. However, with regard to a newly announced Obama policy, the President certainly has no problem swat-teaming American citizens suspected of having the deadly virus. According to the Associated Press, President Obama has announced that the CDC will respond in a “much more aggressive way” to cases of Ebola in the United States. The President has ordered the CDC to institute “rapid response teams”. When we combine this directive with what we are seeing in HHS and DHS documents regarding “isolation” camps, it is very difficult to not conclude that Americans suspected of Ebola and those with exposure to Ebola are soon going to swat-teamed by the CDC. More confirmation on this development comes from CNN as they are reporting that the U.S. military is forming a 30-person “quick strike team” equipped to provide direct treatment to Ebola patients inside the United States, a Defense Department official told CNN on Sunday. Has anyone considered the fact that America might not need a 30 “brown shirted” set of response teams, if the President had closed the airports to West African travelers. Does it really take an entire platoon to isolate an Ebola victim, or is there something else going on? Obama is so concerned about the spread of Ebola that his administration just issued 2,100 visas to Ebola hot zones. The definition of personal liberty is called martial law, and that is precisely what we are seeing with regard to the CDC swat teams. As a footnote to either the AP and the CNN story, there was no mention of patient rights, due process or anything remotely connected to personal autonomy and freedom. Yet, it is this President’s policy which allowed Thomas Duncan to travel, unabated from Liberia to the United States with Ebola and infect other Americans with the deadly virus. Does anyone else really think that this practice is going to be confined to the narrow window of only rounding up “suspected” Ebola patients? When we consider the over-arching implications of the NDAAit is prudent to be suspicious of this President’s every move, especially when the topic centers around loss of personal liberty and freedom. If you are unfamiliar with the NDAA and its un-American provisions related to unconstitutional detainment, you may want to review the ACLU’s review of the NDAA. When I find myself agreeing with the ACLU, on anything, especially on the pitfalls of the NDAA, it is noteworthy.
Conclusion
The dots are manifesting faster than anyone can connect them. There is a now a clear direction, even if this administration will not say it in plain language. Watch the video below, in which Obama announces the formation of these controversial CDC swat teams to round up “suspected” Ebola victims. Watch how the President measures his every word. This is a man who knows where this crisis is headed, he just does not want you to know, at least not quite yet, that medical martial law has been declared and is upon us.

President Obama may have been busy golfing this weekend, and his brand new Ebola Czar may have had more pressing matters to attend than the White House's Saturday evening meeting on the US "response to domestic Ebola cases" (because clearly the Ebola Czar is superfluous at such Ebola-related events), but that doesn't mean that the administration will once again be caught with its pants down the next time an Ebola index patient is unveiled on US soil. Nope. In taking a page right out of America's response to the Ebola pandemic in... West Africa, where the US has dispatched several thousands troops to do, something, unclear what, earlier today, it was revealed that the U.S. military is forming a 30-person "quick-strike team", which according to CNN is "equipped to provide direct treatment to Ebola patients inside the United States, a Defense Department official told CNN's Barbara Starr on Sunday." From CNN:
Quote :
The team will be under orders to deploy within 72 hours at any time over the next month, the official said. The Department of Health and Human Services requested the military team, and the Pentagon has given verbal approval, the official said. The team will include five doctors, 20 nurses and five trainers, Pentagon press secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby said in a statement. The Pentagon has been working to determine what assistance it could offer the civilian health care sector following a White House meeting last week during which President Barack Obama said he wanted a more aggressive response, according to two Defense officials. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel ordered chief of the Northern Command, Gen. Chuck Jacoby, "to prepare and train a 30-person expeditionary medical support team that could, if required, provide short-notice assistance to civilian medical professionals in the United States," Kirby said. Jacoby is already working with the military on the joint team, Kirby said, and once formed, it will head to Fort Sam Houston in Texas for up to seven days of training in infection control and personal protective equipment. The training, provided by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, will begin "within the next week or so," Kirby said. The team will remain in "prepare-to-deploy" status for 30 days, he said. It will be able to respond anywhere in the U.S. if "deemed prudent by our public health professionals," he said.
To summarize: the Pentagon, as in the US army, will provide direct treatment to Ebola patients. So just how exactly is the US army's crack 30-person "SWAT" team which has a whopping 5 doctors, more competent to deal to deal with what is, at last check, a medical situation than, say, America's medical professionals? Or is, in the parlance of our times, where an "Iraq military advisor" really means crack commando fighting Syrian troops on the ground on behalf of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, "direct treatment" merely a euphemism for something far less enjoyable? For the partial answer to some of these questions, please read "Public Health Emergency Declared In Connecticut Over Ebola: Civil Rights Suspended Indefinitely, and also "Obama Mobilizes National Guard, Army Reserves To Fight Ebola" - they serve as a good starting point for where all of this is ultimately headed.

Pentagon Says Ebola Strike Team Does Not Violate Posse Comitatus
Military argues Posse Comitatus is irrelevant and dangerous Kurt Nimmo Prison Planet.com October 20, 2014 Pentagon press secretary, Rear Admiral John Kirby, on Monday dismissed constitutional concerns over the decision to deploy the military in response to the Ebola virus in the United States. “We actually do have the legal authority to do this,” Kirby told Morning Joe. “This is nothing more than potential support, and I stress, potential support to civilian medical authorities if and only if they ask for that.” “This isn’t going to violate Posse Comitatus,” he added. On Sunday Obama’s Defense Secretary, Chuck Hagel, announced the formation of a “quick strike team” to “provide short-notice assistance to civilian medical professionals in the United States.” Despite Kirby’s remarks, the move in fact represents a serious violation of Posse Comitatus.

The Posse Comitatus Act became law in 1878 at the end of Reconstruction. It is intended to prevent the federal government from using troops to enforce state laws. Civil and military separation has a pronounced history in Anglo-American law. It is mentioned in the Magna Carta of 1215. In 1327 Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, argued that so long as civil government is able to enforce the law, military involvement in civil law enforcement is unlawful. In seventeenth century England, Oliver Cromwell experienced resistance to the military enforcing laws. In the American colonies, British soldiers enforcing laws provided a major cause for the Revolution. Since September 11, 2001, the federal government and the Pentagon have argued that Posse Comitatus is no longer relevant. “It is time to rescind the existing Posse Comitatus Act and replace it with a new law,” retired Col. John R. Brinkerhoff argued in the December, 2009 issue of the Journal of Homeland Security. “Things have changed a lot since 1878, and the Posse Comitatus Act is not only irrelevant but also downright dangerous to the proper and effective use of military forces for domestic duties.”

People often forget history. Before taking and murdering 6 million jews the Nazi's rounded up anyone they thought could pose a credible threat to the party and its intentions. Naturally the exact numbers aren't known, but we're not talking a small number of people here, the numbers were enormous. Its not conspiracy theory, its verifiable fact.
