If the total db book is only 50B of derivatives ,then please explain to me why 513 billion of db derivatives are on the open market waiting for buyers ????? as announced by DB themselves several weeks ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!
that would be my reply to them the data was and is available online if you simply read it.
the 513 billion attempted sell off was to dump the first part of their holdings and see if they could "right the ship internally" however as "banking fate would have it " (tongue in cheek statement) no other banks or buyers or investors domestic or foreign any place on the planet wanted any part of DB's book of debt not even the Swiss banking society was willing to touch the book for a number of reasons. (ps the swiss bond reinsurance companies have also canceled the bond insurance on all DB derivative bonds due to failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policies ,this means that the is no backstop for the entire DB debt load except for the following: 1> any credit swaps which had been arranged and executed before the crunch. 2> if the housing market (mortgages) manage to NOT IMPLODE, then the cash principal available ( money down and money from the payment streams) is all they have to offer anyone. When DB crunches or when housing crunch happens that block of funds will vanish as there is no longer a manager or trustee for the derivatives.
now as to the derivatives beyond the 513 B they were trying to unload, they openly admitted that they had moved those books offshore to avoid entanglements with us regulators ,but now that whole thing has backfired

Our country's fate is being decided as I write these words. Some believe that we are seeing the final days of the Republic. I am not so sure. There are forces at work to turn back the coup being perpetrated by the Democrats. This article sets the for major announcements that will be forthcoming this week. President Trump has resisted engaging in a full-scale war. He has blustered and threatened many foreign powers, in an attempt to placate the military industrial complex. However, he has not committed to full ground war because the current President knows that moment that we commit the majority of our forces to a ground war on a different continent Ony three years ago, The Common Sense Show detailed how leaders from the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and Russia declared their intention to establish a means of continuous dialogue “to discuss and synchronize positions on international issues.” CELAC includes thirty-three countries in the Americas, but the United States and Canada are excluded. This is the breeding ground of a “Red Dawn Scenario”. Oh by the way, China just pledged $150 million in aid for El Salvador. Do the math! President Trump did the math and he has developed new forumlas to deal with a United Nations plan to launch a 7 pronged, multinational and multifacted invasion of the United States. This was the United Nations fail-safe plan should Hillary Clinton not get elected and complete the takedown of the United States that began in earnest under former President Obama. By the end of the Obama Presidency, the most treasonous President in American history, had passed the mantle of tyranny to would-be-President, Hillary Clinton. The person is not entitled to an attorney and if they are granted a hearing, hearsay evidence is allowed. Adam Schiff is treating the President as if he has been arrested underthe NDAA. The President is not allowed an attorney and he has no right to question his accusers. In reality, this is FEMA camp legislation. THe NDAA allows the government the authority to mass arrest and if needed execute citizens without a trial. This was a power that Obama had bequeathed to Clinton should she had been elected.

This EO allows the Presdient to seize control of all food, water and industry in general. It permits the President to conscript civilan labor and separate families. In short this legislation allows a President the ability to totally enslave the people of this country.

In addition, Attorney General Barr is looking into filing charges for aiding and abetting fraud with regard to the secret hearsay whistleblowers. They are all lying and Schiff is a part to this. [size] If the Democrats can get Trump removed from office, Hillary will finally ascend to the Presidency through a series of previously described manuevers. By design, she will be the new American President and the last American President. Hillary's plan is to throw this country into a total state of civil war. I took a little time on Monday to call my Congressman as well as a bunch of others to voice my opinion about the whole impeachment 'cluster-cluck' and wasn't the least bit surprised by what I heard from their aides. But what I heard from them should send up a very loud and clear alarm to Americans across the country!
Beginning my blunt conversations with them with: "I'm wondering what so-and-so (fill in the blank - with 'Steny Hoyer' in one case) thinks about impeachment?", each time I called a Democrat Congressman, including my own Congressman David Trone at (202) 225-2721, (a Democrat in this gerrymandered district), the immediate reply was: "Congressman Hoyer (or Trone or whoever) is for impeachment". This before Congressman Hoyer (at 202-225-4131) and the others had even heard all of the evidence! If courtroom's were run like Congress, America's justice system would be completely and irreversibly broken!
Congressman David Trone's aide repeated the same worn out spiel that Hoyer's did: "Congressman Trone is for impeachment" yet what he, and Steny Hoyer's aide's, were supposed to say was: "Congressman so-and-so is for the IMPEACHENT INQUIRY"! In fact, after Steny's aide said "Congressman Hoyer is for impeachment", she quickly backtracked, changing her tune to "impeachment inquiry". We haven't even gotten close to a real impeachment hearing yet but Democrats, without EVEN hearing all of the evidence, are ready to impeach President Trump, evidence or not.
Talk about US Congress giving Americans a very good reason to prepare to defend their families from complete leftist insanity being unleashed upon our country with every day looking like we're moving closer and closer to Civil War. With Democrats attempting to overthrow America's lawfully elected President since day 1, and Congress members having already made decisions based upon no evidence or manufactured evidence that they're going to impeach President Trump come hell or high water, we're witnessing mob mentality and the mentality of tyrants!
And Democrats have both in 2019. In boatloads! The kind of behavior we're witnessing from Democrat politicians in Washington DC, ready to impeach President Trump without hearing any evidence, is the very hallmark of tyranny and nothing less than a kangaroo court as the NY Post reports in this October story.
So we challenge you to call your Congress people as well and ask them what they think about 'impeachment' and watch how many of them say "Congress-person so-and-so is for impeachment". Without hearing the evidence? Sounds more and more like a Soviet coup every day and these people working for these Congress people and their 25% approval rating don't even have a clue. As one totally clueless Congressional dolt said to me, "just watch the news, everybody knows he's guilty". Seriously? Anyone really still believe CNN, MSNBC, etc etc etc? And what happened to due process?
And while you're on the line with your Congress person if you decide to take up this challenge, please remind them that they are MUCH MORE HATED than President Trump is nationwide! As leftist poller's FiveThirtyEight reports in this poll, President Trump's approval rating is 41%, while he's at 44% at Rasmussen.
Yet let's take a look at these rat-bastards in Congress. According to Gallup, Congress's approval rating nationwide is 25%. So you 'Congress critters' reading this story take notice; you are even more hated in America than President Trump is, and as much as Democrats hate President Trump, that says an awful, awful lot about.....YOU!

Most important, misusing the impeachment power in a partisan manner would pose, in the words of Hamilton, "the greatest danger" to our Constitution.
And yet we're witnessing that very thing now, "the greatest danger to our Constitution", playing out before our eyes. As Dershowitz points out as we'll explore in the final section of our story below, US Congress has just gone and broken the rule of law, the US Constitution, by attempting to impeach President Trump for something much less than 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. And as Mike Adams had reported in this October 31st story at Natural News, the sham impeachment vote proves all but two Democrats are complicit in treason against America, an attempted political coup against the duly elected president of America.

As Alan Dershowitz also warns in this story over at the Gatestone Institute, with Congressional Democrats 'weaponizing impeachment' against President Trump, and Congressional aides across the country confirming that Democrats in Congress are ready to impeach President Trump without even hearing the evidence, the very hallmark of tyranny, what we're now witnessing is nothing less than a 'show trial' which Dershowitz and Alexander Hamilton warned is one of the greatest threats to the US Constitution.
The constitutional power to impeach a duly elected president was intended by the Framers of the Constitution as a neutral, non-partisan tool of last resort to be used against only criminal incumbents in extreme cases. It is now being deployed as a partisan weapon that can be used routinely against presidents of a different party from those who control the House of Representatives.
Under the views of some members of Congress, any time the House is controlled by one party, a simple majority can properly vote to impeach. The House is no more empowered to substitute its own criteria for those enumerated in the Constitution than the Senate would be to change the 2/3 vote requirement for removal to a simple majority or a 3/5 super majority. Congress is not above the law. It is bound by what the Framers accepted and cannot now apply the criterion the framers explicitly rejected.
Yet, as Dershowitz also pointed out in his story, there is a potential 'silver lining' in all of this playing out, with an unsuccessful impeachment in the Senate surely hurting the Democrats. Though as Dershowitz points out, even that 'silver lining' will further polarize America and damage the US Constitution so no real 'win'.
A partisan House vote to impeach President Trump, followed by a partisan Senate vote to acquit him, would not only hurt the Democratic Party — as the votes in the Clinton case hurt the Republican Party — it would damage our constitution and further polarize our already divided nation.
So with America being herded to the breaking point by a treasonous, seditious Democrat coup attempt that one of America's greatest Constitutional lawyers says is against Constitutional law, and with Democrats who believe themselves above the Constitution and the rest of America, please pray for peace in America while arming up to protect your families because if another Civil War breaks out here, there won't be a 'safe place' left for anyone in this country.
