Reid Wiseman, an Astronaut onboard the International Space Station has photographed Iran and within that photograph it looks like a mushroom cloud.  Could it be a nuclear bomb test?
 
Deep in the mountains of Iran such tests have been carried out in the past.  There is no way to tell what it really was but by zooming in on it you can clearly see the mushroom cloud shape.
