HAARP Working Overtime

Our arrays have been active for awhile now on three points within the jet stream. One point above Southern California, the other in the Plains, and the other in the Mid-Atlantic, and this has prompted the jet stream to finally react.
Pushing the blizzard was one thing, missing New York City, but now we contend with the entire jet stream which now is going to push strong storms across from the Southwestern United States through the plains, and into the Eastern part of the country.
Already we see a storm system in the Southwest that will nail Phoenix and Tucson with heavy rain through Friday and a strong snow storm across Albuquerque, NM. This is an interesting and rare storm, clearly not of this season. This storm is missing most of California altogether, aiming directly across Arizona and New Mexico through Friday into Saturday.
The storm will continue eastward bringing heavy rain, thunderstorms to the plains and southeast with snowfall developing across parts of Kansas heading east through Kentucky and eventually into the Mid-Atlantic. This exact storm is traveling the three points on the map that we are focused on and activated 5 days ago.
