8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.

Death is Charon, a moon of Pluto and ferryman of Hades.
Hell or Hades is Pluto.

What i've noticed about these horses is that their riders appear at the time of their celestial occurrence but it's a building process that can take around a year before it's in-your-face noticeable. So, keep your eyes open this summer for two men to appear on the world stage, probably a politician and religious man.
