BREAKING: Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has been assassinated! (UPDATE: Smelling a Dead Over Ripe Rat Here)

OK, it's been three plus hours since my original post and still nothing on the news with the exception of those BBC tweets. I smell a rat here. I've been checking the news feeds out of India and nary a peep about this and it would be front page news in India if it really happened. That rat is getting pretty darn ripe.

So what's one to make of this? Why did the BBC tweet multiple times about this? Does the BBC know something is going to happen soon and they jumped the gun and reported early? The BBC is known for doing this in the past. One only has to remember the BBC report of building 7 falling on 9/11 with the building still standing in full sight behind the reporter.
