That was Comey's testimony about Loretta Lynch and how she intimidated Comey into lying to the American public in regards to what he said was a "criminal investigation" into Hillary Clinton, by ordering him to publicly refer to it as a "matter," which mimicked the talking point being used by the Clinton campaign.
