I have been listening to this guy all day today while shelling butterbeans

and I have been very impressed with his lectures as well as the video presentations....He is not afraid of controversy and I am in total agreement with him on what i have heard ,so far*....(*notice, i said SO FAR).....he is very good with his presentations and he has a lot of stuff on youtube...he is one of the few that knows that lucifer is not,nor ever has been, the devil.....check him out for some very enjoyable listening......

Well I guess anyone that recommends "Black Sabbath - War Pigs with lyrics" on their YouTube page deserves a listen. As if I don't already have a few hours of files meant for "listening" piled up for when I get the time, you give me more. Bought that Black Sabbath record the day it was issued and still I have it. Looking forward to what this Paul Sandhu guy has to say. Meanwhile I sure enjoyed hearing "War Pigs" again.

You don't see many that distinguish between the two. It has been taught for so long that they are one and the same, and so widely accepted, that I think it is an automatic assumption for most people that when they hear "Lucifer" they think Satan.

Edit: never mind...I'm working on it allll by myself. But with more than a single verse of applicable scripture to reference (beyond Isa.14:12), the answer doesn't look as simple as either side thinks. (Sure would love some of Mark Flynn's time and talent for a bit).

The link took me to his page, not the specific video, and I'm not sure which vid to select. 
I notice too that he's a flat earther and a Saturday Sabbath keeper?  Neither of which I feelmakes me a better Christian-Christ follower, or changes God's opinion of me one whit.

But if satan is not Lucifer in his fallen state, then I'd like to hear the scriptural proof.
And if you have a better reference, please direct me straight to it.

i agree that Lucifer isn't the same as Satan. It's my suspicion, from the old writings (myths), that Lucifer may have been a real person, namely Lug, Lugh (Mercury), from which the Celtic holiday Lughnasadh the harvest festival comes from, and possibly Lugalbanda from the middle eastern stories. Lugh had three brothers.

i've heard Paul Sandhu before. He has a ton of recordings on the Byte Show and was on Vygygoth too a few years back. He's not bad, although i don't agree with everything he says.
