I need some help. I am going to file Bar complaints against the attorney's that applied for FISA warrants with information they knew to be inaccurate. They have a responsibility of Candor toward the tribunal. 

I think I saw on here the names of who applied for each FISA warrant and who signed off on them. Also, if anyone knows who the judge is that would be helpful. 


I think I remember seeing where Comey requested a couple and then some other names were mentioned and Lynch's name was also in there.

The BAR has a responsibility of candor? In the real world maybe but not here. Good luck with your project though. i'm sure you'll learn a lot if you take it on.

I was imagining a 'class action' suit coming.  Then we could all get in on it easily. 
There are people, George Webb is one, Carter Page another, who are regularly filing against the perps.
The problem at the moment is the 'proof' is classified and we can't get to it.
Any case requires the 'burden of proof'.  The fellow on TD doesn't have enough either.
But we can support the men and women who can: those is Congress who can file for that information.
Nunes has filed a contempt of Congress against the FBI for stalling for a year and continuing to conceal information behind bogus 'classification'.

And the Senate memo is talking about 'criminal proceedings'. And one is aimed at the DOJ!  Another is aimed at Christopher Steele of the Steele dossier for leaking it to the press, which is illegal.
People are still digging for which judges signed off on the FISA warrants.  One has already recused himself from the Flynn proceedings,and the President has already hired a woman-a tiger, who will replace at least one of the judges that WILL go down.

The thing I have to keep reminding myself of is that we are not UNDER this unfolding story, and how it's really advancing is not dependent on the 'news' of the day.  The end was known from the beginning.  This is a plan put in place, they say 3 years ago.  And it's a huge, very well thought out net designed to systematically take them ALL DOWN.  Not just a few.

You know how bad the push back is and how they lie and lie and lie.  And what scum they are; their motives are to save themselves.  It has nothing to do with the 'people'.

But, we still have half the country believing them.  There's the problem, AND what our part in this is.
UNCOVER AND EXPOSE THE DARKNESS so that we can avoid the civil war-the chaos they desire.

The word is there are 9 memos, 4 (or maybe 4 more) to be made public.   THEN, there is the IG report. And we may have to wait till March for that.

If we don't have satisfaction by that time, I fully agree we mount a class action suit.  Probably Judicial Watch would be the best vehicle, or at least the place to start.  And between all the conservative websites, social media, youtube, the signatures would shake Washington to the core. 
So, we're nowhere near in trouble.  It just takes patience...and you know I have my moments too.
Righteous indignation is a GOOD THING in this case.  We the people need to stay fired up and stay in the battle.  And as the President said, and Q says:
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!   Do it with truth and proof, and spread it, and we will win.

There's a reason they are using a military tribunal. They want to stay out of the court (no way to win) system.

No!  I'll look for it.  I knew B.A.R. but not really how that translates to daily living.
What about the military tribunals where at least some of this will be going.
