The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (or lack thereof) minority membership forged and released their own memo earlier this week.

It was purposely laden with classified information so that it could not be released, allowing the minority to accuse Trump of trickery, partisanship, etc.

The President's lawyer issued a letter of explanation to Committee Chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes.
