There's no doubt they are shifty, dirty, and can't be bothered by the law, never mind ethics.
What they did to Carter Page is a great example.  Probably Manafort as well.
And then of course the entire HRC/Benghazi/Pay to play/U1/Cf/CGI/Trump wiretapping/entrapment, etc. etc.
Yet, the narrative is WE ARE THE GUILTY PARTY.  GUILTY OF TARNISHING THE GOOD NAME OF THE FBI.  NOT THEM, BY THEIR ACTIONS.  US, FOR REVEALING IT.
