I know there's no laws against this on the books right now since Twitter is a private company, but it really is a form of propaganda that affects MANY different facets from lawmaking all the way down to individual opinion. It basically allows the HNIC and other select few at Twitter to write their own narrative and influence the populace as THEY see fit, which in turn affects the political climate and pressure put on lawmakers. It's not right even if it's not "breaking the law."
