Colorado Will Soon be the New Capital
A map of Panem’s 12 Districts. Note that the Hunger Games Capital City is located in Colorado, precisely where the Federal government is moving much of its operations, to Colorado. This parallels the United Nations approach to the creation of 10 districts in the U.S. in 1972.
In Part One of this series, I played the interview I conducted with Congressman Dr. Paul Gosar. Gosar was one of 11 signatories who signed a public document with evidence of serious felonies against the lncluding starting a nuclear warand engage in deadly false flag terrorism.
I have developed a working hypthesis about the intentions of the Deep State. It is becoming clear that the planned collapse of the Constitutional Republic known as the United States will be accomplished in part by destroying Washington DC and establishing the new capital in Colorado. In fact, this scenario has already been rehearsed in recent times.
Colorado Has Assumed a Place of Special Importance to the New World Order
We have known for years that when Washington DC is destroyed, that Colorado will be the next capital. The CIA and the DHS have moved a good portion of their operation to underground facilities near Denver International Airport.
Predictive programming from the media has pointed to this fact. In the movie the Hunger Games, Colorado was the location for “Capital City” in the mythical country of Panem that looked eerily like Nixon’s breakup of the United States into 10 UN districts. In the recent TV series, Designated Survivor, the entire Federal government was destroyed, except for a few survivors.
In 2011, Denver played host to Operation Mountain Guardian which was essentially a FEMA/DHS incarceration drill using the football home of the Denver Broncos NFL stadium as the base of operations. Further, the during the drill, DIA was shut down, yet the elite flew their jets to DIA during the drill and presumably disappeared underground. In many people’s minds, this anointed Denver as the future headquarters of the US government.
Colorado Has Become An Agenda 21 Cesspool and Is Being Prepped to Become the New Capital
Led by the Koch brothers, Colorado is on the verge of experiencing draconian increases in utility rates because the energy providers in the Mile High state are being conjoined which will lessen any competition.
In Colorado, if one publicly opposes Agenda 21, their children are stolen without any other provocation (e.g. Stacy Lynne). In Colorado, farmers can legally only use 50% of their land. Water cannot be trapped or reused in any form, even to irrigate farm land. The Agenda 21 corruption in Colorado rivals anything found in the Obama administration. And their schools have become bastions of liberalism where glorifying Islam is encouraged, but expressions of Christianity are forbidden (Sierra and Rocky Mountain High Schools). Colorado is lost and the people are anesthetized and mesmerized by the success of the Denver Broncos football team. However, this is only the beginning of the nightmare that is in store for Colorado. Maybe this is why the powers that be made recreational marijuana legal in Arizona.
Eventually, people are going to rise up against these draconian NWO policies that have overtaken my former home state. There are already signs of opposing the Agenda 21 takeover in large numbers. Further, Colorado is home of several key military bases, including Ft. Carson. What is the military will not totally side with the administration on the continuing subjugation of the state and the country as a whole. What if the military does what Oathkeepers demand, that the soldiers honor their constitutional oath?
The globalists have prepared for this eventuality as well. If portions of the military defect and defend the people, the war would likely be guerrilla. Well, the NWO has prepared for that eventuality.
Multinational Troops Preparing for Guerrilla War In Colorado
I interviewed Paul Martin who lives and works in No. Colorado. There are more nations with their troops in Colorado that one can count. They seemingly share one thing, they are in Colorado to prepare for the guerrilla war that is coming between the disaffected parts of the American military and the multinational forces of the UN.
The eyewitness accounts of what is happening is not to be taken lightly as these sightings are happening all over the country. The details are in this short video.

In September of 2011, the government practiced, at both Denver’s Sports Authority Field and at Giants Stadium in New York on how to use your children to lure you into a FEMA camp. Once you are there, decisions will be be made in reference to the Red and Blue list on who will survive and who will die.
Was this coming moment foretold on the mural at Denver International Airport near baggage pick-up? I took this pictre after traveling to Denver to visit family. Shortly after thes pictures went viral in 2011, they were removed from the mural adjacent to baggage pick-up. This picture speaks volumes upon closer examination.
During the three day course of the drill, VIP’s were flown into Denver International Airport. The airport was shutdown for 3 days in which a series of objectives were practiced in the course of the drill. One of the objectives that was practiced was a continuity of government drill in which DC is destroyed and the reigns of powr is transferred to Colorado. Former President Obama was a part of this drill and ostensibly disapppeared for 3 days.
Here is a video about these drill as it was mostly couched as a terror drill. However in Part Three of this series is unvellied, it will become clear that this was a continuity of government drill.
Conclusion
In Part Three, the discusion of the moving of the nation’s captial to Colorado moves to a different level. It is clear that something tragic is planned for Washington DC. This will lead a transfer of power to Colorado. However, Colorado will not escape its own day of infamy. Clearly, there could be resistance in Colorado to the Deep State takeover of our government.
What we witnessed in Operation Mountain Guardian was the preparation for a massive wave of terror in Colorado, which I contend that the purpose is to crush all resistance to the transition of power.
I have clear and convincing evidence, which is mounting as I write these words, to the effect that Colorda will be hit by a localized EMP attack at, or near, the same time that DC is attacked. In the aftermath of the confusion that would follow such an event, the prepositioned foreign troops, which will be controlled by the UN, will be rolled out and seize control of the transition process.
The evidence coming in Part III tells us we do not have long until this rolled out.
As an aside, does anyone still not believe the Russians are not in Colorado?
This picture and depicts Russian soldiers at Ft. Carson. The Russians and other foreign troops (e.g. Germans, Canadians, Danes) are part of Jade Helm. They are here to carry out the mission should American troops stand down. These Russians were let into the country via a bilateral agreement between FEMA and the Russian Foreign Ministry. Take a good look, because as Part 3 will elucidate, these troops will become your future occupiers.
EMA signed a bilateral agreement with the Russian military to permit a minimum of 15,000 Russian soldiers to train on American soil and this was at a time when both Russia and China threatened to nuke the United States if we dared to invade Syria or Iran in the Fall of 2013.

This is provided by a protocol of the fourth meeting of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations and seventeenth meeting of Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations, which took place in Washington on 25 June 2013.
The document provides for expert cooperation in disaster response operations and to study the latest practices. In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events.” AND WE ARE THE VERGE OF GOING TO WAR WITH THE RUSSIANS. WHAT KIND OF LEADERSHIP WOULD ENGAGE IN SUCH PRE-WAR PRACTICES?
