In this flashback video which takes us back to 2012, current supreme court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg trashes the United States Constitution: the very document that gave her a job and the “right” to “rule.”  She’s talking about what the Egyptian people should expect when setting up a new government.
As the Trump administration prepares to nominate a new justice to the U.S. Supreme Court, liberals are probably wishing for nothing more than someone in the mold of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, writes The Conservative Tribune. Ginsburg was appointed by Bill Clinton and took her oath to uphold the US Constitution (she says is outdated) on August 10, 1993.

“I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012. I might look at the constitution of South Africa. That was a deliberate attempt to have a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights, had an independent judiciary,” Ginsberg says.
Ginsberg ironically says she’s “operating under a very old Constitution,” yet she’s making decisions about laws and rules as an 85-year-old. As if the age of a document or a person is somehow important when it comes to what rights other humans outside of government have or what laws they should be subjected to based on opinions.
In remarks she made during a 2012 visit to Cairo University in Egypt, which had just undergone major changes from the Arab Spring revolution and the overthrow of Hosni Mubarak, Ginsburg did offer praise for the U.S. Constitution, but thought that the Egyptians should look elsewhere when they draft a new document instituting a ruling class that will lord over others, according to Fox News.
“It is a very inspiring time – that you have overthrown a dictator, and that you are striving to achieve a genuine democracy. So I think people in the United States are hoping that this transition will work and that there will genuinely be a government of, by, and for the people,” she said, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.

Despite President Trump hearing rumors that the "FBI loverbirds" were getting cold feet, FBI agent Peter Strzok is finally appearing to publicly testify before the House Judiciary Committee. The hearing begins at 10 am ET.[/size]

Strzok, who has been accused of committing "treason" by Trump, is expected to be grilled about his anti-Trump text messages sent to his then-mistress, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, during the 2016 campaign. In one text message, Strzok told Page they would "stop" Trump from becoming president. After the text messages came to light, Strzok was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, and reportedly put on desk duty.

In a report released earlier this year, the DOJ's inspector general found no "documentary of testimonial evidence" to suggest that political bias impacted the investigation, though Trump has repeatedly pointed out that the details of the IG investigation seem to contradict the conclusion. Lawyers for Page said Thursday that she would also comply with the subpoenas.
According to his prepared testimony, Strzok will blame everything on, who else: Vladimir Putin: "today's hearing is just another victory notch in Putin's belt and another milestone in our enemies' campaign to tear America apart."

In a letter,  Strzok's attorney reportedly said his client may not be able to answer some questions about the Russia probe because he and his client were unable to get a meeting with the FBI and the Hill to discuss which topics would be off limits. Meanwhile, House Democrats are calling on House Republicans to release Strzok's closed-door testimony, and have released some statistics about the questions that Strzok was asked.

Residents first thought police presence was at their apartment building in New York on Tuesday because of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin, but that turned out not to be the case as it was discovered that a woman's body was found in the building's trash compactor in Manhattan's Union Square.
The local NBC affiliate reported:

Crime scene investigators were on the scene at 1 Irving Place Tuesday evening, collecting evidence in the bizarre and grisly death. Police say it's not clear yet how the 48-year-old woman died, but her body was found at around 5 p.m.
Her purse was found near the trash chute where it appears she went in.

Police officers and paramedics told the New York Post they responded to a call on Tuesday afternoon and "discovered a 48-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive inside a trash compactor."
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene though it is unclear how she died and ended up in the trash compactor.
Abedin had renewed the lease on the apartment in May 2017 and allegedly invited Weiner back home to the luxury three-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot pad at 1 Irving Place, which a Corcoran listing said features an “expansive, panoramic view of Union Square Park and the midtown skyline."
The couple had been living there for 16 years.
The duplex went up for sale in May 2017.
Weiner was sentenced to 21 months for sending naked pictures of himself to a minor.
As bizarre as it sounds, what is even more amazing is that despite Weiner not having been there in some time is the fact that residents would think that the police would be there because of him.
That shouldn't surprise anyone as there has still been no verifiable reason as to how thousands of Clinton State Department emails ended up on his laptop.
Of course, he's not spending one day in jail for that, and neither is Huma.

They rose to infamy with the ‘Fast and Furious’ gun running scandal that sold guns to Mexican drug gangs, and resulted in the shooting death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. ‘Fast and Furious‘ was actually the very first known scandal of the Obama administration, but wouldn’t even be close to the last.

This comes on the heels of a massive Facebook purge in which the social media giant unapologetically axed thousands of pages with no reason given. Independent media outlets who’ve spent years researching and building a following, quite literally watched their hard work get wiped from the face of the web.
As if going after pages wasn’t enough, Facebook is going after individual page owners as well. Last month, the co-founder of TFTP was banned from Facebook for posting a photo of ET — seriously. In the meantime, however, posts calling for killing Muslims, hating different races, and stoking divide are not only allowed, but they are promoted in the algorithm.
 


Make no mistake, under the guise of fighting “Fake News and “hate speech,” real independent media who put out facts that challenge the status quo is being bullied into silence. There is a concerted effort to keep the establishment narrative under control and we are witnessing it first hand.
Yes, Facebook is a private company and can operate however they want. However, if this attempt to silence independent media continues unchecked, the result will be an internet dominated by the likes of media giants at FOXSNBCNN. All media outlets who attempt to break outside of the divisive two-party paradigm will be throttled out of existence and ideas that promote peace and liberty and who challenge the police state will all but cease to exist online.
When the Free Thought Project came online in 2013, there was a void in the market for a freedom and liberty-minded media outlet who was also unafraid of reporting on the daily atrocities carried out by the police state. As a result, we quickly grew to an Alexa ranking in the top 500 websites in the country. The people had spoken and they wanted this information.
