Is President Trump Planning to Declare Martial Law In California? One of the more challenging tasks in this business is to separate the real from the phony. The second most challenging thing is to learn to connect the dots of certain events which tells an important story of what is coming, or is already underway. This story contains all of these challenges and more. There have been a series of events that have led some to wonder if President Trump is going to declare martial law in California after Christmas. This article examines the related events which could culminate in the biggest constitutional crisis since the civil war.
[size=42]Cancelled Leaves and “Strange Training”[/size]
Over the past month, I have received several notifications from people claiming to be regular military who are engaged in cancelled leaves and somewhat bizarre training activities, without explanation. This view is captured in the following communication:

I first found out about your show from my father-in-law who follows you everyday. In the times I have listened to you or read your articles, I feel like you are on our training exercises with us and I am referring to Jade Helm which I was a part of. .We specialize in extraction of key personnel, usually hostile, but sometimes they are friendlies in distress. We are frequently engaged in urban warfare exercises but this is not the Middle East we are training for. There is no question that we are training for military activities on American soil. We have even practiced arresting high profile people. We have also trained to apprehend drug dealers in fortified crack houses. This is something that we have never had to do before and marks a change in a training regimen. My unit just practiced an extraction in the midst of civil unrest. All of my unit is confident that we are talking about training for action in America in an urban setting which is usually marked by civil unrest, but we are not concerned with the unrest as it is left to supporting units to contain the trouble. You might think that I will be giving you information but I have nothing. Can you look into this but your going to have to do this without our logistics and mission details because that would identify who we are?What the hell are we training for? We are concerned for our families and how they could be affected by this.
At the time I received this, I had nothing specific to pin this to. Military organizations like NORTHCOM routinely practice for these kinds of scenarios. However, I received several communications from military personnel about cancelled leaves from military personnel with questions about whether we were preparing to go to war with Russia and/or China. However, as I looked at some of the anecdotes from these communications, it looks as if America is preparing to go to war with itself.
[size=42]A New Communication[/size]
I had a conversation with one of my best military intel sources and they said that if events “go south”, we could see America be put under martial law immediately after Christmas. I told the source I had just received information to this effect which he had me read to him.
I was sent a hastily prepared article which said that President Trump would declare martial law right after Christmas and this held as much credibility for me as the claims of 60,000 sealed indictments to be acted upon by Thanksgiving…..However, what caught my eye in this article was use of the Insurrection Act of 1807 as the justification to do just what was being claimed. I have previously been told in response to my questions about why Trump has not acted against the sedition of Governor Brown and the Mayor of Oakland and I was told that if Trump acted against California’s sedition and treason, it would be under the Insurrection Act.
The Insurrection Act is the set of laws passed in 1807 that govern the U.S. President’s ability to deploy troops within the U.S. to put down lawlessness, insurrection and rebellion. After reading the act, I believe that Trump has the justification to act against California officials in the manner prescribed by the Insurrection act.
I promptly called Paul Preston who is the head of the New California movement which will create a 51st state arising out of California. The movement is constitutional and progressing very quickly as the majority of California’s counties have signed on in order to escape the tyranny of the Democratically controlled state government.
I told Paul what I have learned about urban training by our troops, and that certain troops were on alert and leaves had been cancelled. I asked him point blank, if this true. He said he could minimally confirm some but not all of the questions that I was asking him in the affirmative. However, he said that he was limited on what he could answer. Instead of answering these questions directly, he referred me to the following excerpt written by a University of Tennessee law professor. After reading the article, which is posted on the New California website, I believe that I have my answers.

University of Tennessee law professor Glenn Harlan Reynolds sees the following scenario as a possibility not out of the question in the near future. This was posted on the
New California website. - Quote :
- “In the summer of 2021, following the California financial crisis and CalPers pension collapse, public employee-supporting Democrats from the California General Assembly absented themselves from the state, preventing a quorum so that legislation slashing pension payouts could not be passed.

- “That absence stretched from days into weeks, as the state government largely shut down for lack of funding. Seizing on this moment, 34 counties from the eastern and rural parts of what was then California organized themselves and sent representatives to Fresno, where those representatives declared themselves the new, official California General Assembly and designated individuals of their choice as the new, official governor and attorney general.

- “The new legislature and officials were quickly recognized by President Donald Trump, who, citing his authority under the Insurrection Actand Article IV section 4 of the United States Constitution, deemed them the official government of the state, and sent federal troops from the 101st Airborne Division to Fresno to ensure that what he called ‘leftovers’ of the ‘old, failed state government’ were unable to ’cause trouble.’ President Trump’s recognition was echoed in a joint resolution of the Republican-controlled Congress, which perhaps anticipated the addition of two new Republican senators.”….
From all that I am learning, the law professor’s prediction of 2021 is not accurate. I believe we are in the middle of this happening right now. Martial law in California could lead a partial purge of of the Deep State. In addition, if the President gained a foothold over California, it could serve as a springboard to do the same in the rest of America.
[size=42]Predictive Programming[/size]
I have concluded that President Trump wants this information out, but he has to remain detached so he has the authority to act, in California, without being accused of malice of forethought. In other words, he is not acting for political gain, but to preserve the union which he is constitutionally mandated to do so.
Many who have followed my work, knows that I have written extensively on predictive programming. I believe that this law professor’s work is a case of predictive programming. I also believe that using an obscure website to promote the notion of martial law under the Insurrection Act is predictive programming coming from the White House. Further, the soldiers who have contacted me with stories of training anomalies are telling the factual side of what is coming.
The following statement is not meant to be construed as coming DIRECTLY from Paul Preston. However, there is a reason why this law professor’s article is on the New California website and why I was directed to read the article when several of my questions were going unanswered. This movement is a peaceful movement. They are not officially asking for federal government intervention. However, federal intervention would seal the deal on behalf of New California.
My betting money is that Trump is going to take action against Governor Jerry Brown and some very corrupt California state officials. Full blown martial law? It would be a way to get control of a previously democratic state, but more important, the obstruction and seditious ways of California could be curtailed.
