This showed up in my YouTube recommended videos for whatever reason. I have no idea why it was suggested. Anyway, I did find it pretty interesting. I had no idea the Nazis were using the Guillotine in the 30’s & 40’s. I’m not at all surprised though.
Video was made in the 90’s, is VHS quality, and runs 50 minutes. The part about neighbors turning in one another to the authorities made me think of our current “red flag” tattle-tail gun laws being pushed. Nothing really changes much, huh?
