Ya that’s what Communist China is doing! Americans in China are carrying certificates around and they have to be retested and reissued every two weeks.

Ha, try installing that tracing app out on my ancient flip phone that doesn't connect to the internet Governor Newsom. Oh yeah, and I can remove the battery out of mine too. Battery out also means I can't be tracked from cell towers either. Can't track something you can't electronically see.
