colloidal silver, not ionic, is the right one.

Hydrogen peroxide, promoted as a 'natural source of added oxygen' isn't all they say.

It does damage tissue, the degree determined by the usage.  And doesn't do all that much

to bacteria, they say.

One woman ingested it accidently and the bubbles burned her organs and the oxygen in her blood

kept blood volume too low.   Anyway, it's not safe as they say and definitely don't inhale or drink it.

Vegetable oils, that [they] are cramming into just about EVERYTHING, that are literally killing us via the toxic Omge-6 fats in them -- are found in ALL vegetable and seed oils.
Turns out that coconut oil, butter, ghee (easy to make at home), and beef tallow are the healthiest fats to cook/eat. Avocado oil is slightly higher in Omge-6 than the aforementioned fats, but still is not nearly as high as the toxic processed vegetable oils are.

Boost immune system
1. Blueberries (boost killer sells)

1 Cup...Your Lungs; Respiratory Tract Will Love You | Dr Alan Mandell, DC
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup of Water
1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
2 Teaspoon of Raw Honey

Boil the water in a small or medium saucepan.
Add all ingredients and stir well for 1.5 minutes.
Turn off heat, cover and let cool.
Sniff to fill lungs.
Then drink.

(me: they say don't add honey to boiling water as that kills the enzymes.
wait till the cooled off period. )

I don't even know what hyssop is.
