Sputnik News April 9, 2015 An unknown object exploded in a suburb of the Russian city of Chita, with some saying it fell out of the sky. The incident took place in the Ugdan village earlier on Thursday. “I heard an explosion and saw a huge pillar of black smoke around 11 or 12 a.m.,” Vladimir Milovanov told the local Altes TV channel. No one was injured in the explosion but a nearby building sustained minor damage. Policemen collected scraps of metal from the crater left by the blast and sent them for testing. “The object could not be identified. It does not resemble anything. One of the theories [of what happened] – gas balloon explosion,” the press service of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

UPDATE...The 7.8 magnitude quake struck an area between the capital, Kathmandu, and the city of Pokhara, the US Geological Survey said.
Tremors were felt across the region, with further loss of life in India, Bangladesh, Tibet and on Mount Everest.
The government has declared a state of emergency in the affected areas.
A national police spokesman told the BBC that 970 people had died in the quake, and that more than 1,700 had been injured. At least 539 people were killed in the Kathmandu valley, he added.
Nepali Information Minister Minendra Rijal said there had been "massive damage" at the epicentre, from where little information is emerging.

One concern De Roeck discussed is an "unidentified lying object" that could disrupt the accelerator's beam. Phys.org says physicists believe it's something to be "cautiously aware of." It hasn't caused a problem in the testing so far. "The unidentified lying object turns out not to be a problem for the operation, it's just something to keep an eye on," De Roeck said. "It's in the vacuum tube and it's not a problem if it doesn't move and remains stable." And if it moves?

The world’s largest particle smasher, the Large Hadron Collider (LHR), has finally smashed photons together after a two year repair and maintenance program, the European physics lab CERN said.
Low energy collisions took place on Tuesday, at an energy of just 450 gigaelectronvolts (GeV) per beam. This will allow the scientists to fine tune the LHR as they raise the power up to 13 teraelectronvolts (TeV) next month.
“It’s a nice milestone today. There were a lot of smiling faces in the control room,” Dave Charlton, spokesperson for the LHC’s huge multipurpose Atlas detector, told the Guardian.

γ-rays (shown in false colour) emitted from the Galactic Centre are giving the LHC a firm target in its hunt for dark matter.
It is one of the most disputed observations in physics. But an explanation may be in sight for a mysterious excess of high-energy photons at the centre of the Milky Way. The latest analysis suggests that the signal could come from a dark-matter particle that has just the right mass to show up at the world’s largest particle accelerator.
The Large Hadron Collider (LHC), housed at the CERN particle-physics laboratory near Geneva, Switzerland, is due to restart colliding protons this summer after a two-year hiatus (see 'LHC 2.0: A new view of the Universe'). Physicists there have told Nature that they now plan to make the search for such a particle a top target for the collider’s second run.

A positive detection would resolve the source of the galactic γ-rays. But it would also reveal the nature of dark matter, the invisible stuff thought to make up around 85% of the Universe’s matter, and would be long-sought evidence for supersymmetry, a grand way to extend the current standard model of particle physics.
“This could very well be the single most promising explanation for the Galactic Centre proposed to date,” says Dan Hooper of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, Illinois, although he adds that “there are quite a few others that are not too far behind”.
In 2009, Hooper and Lisa Goodenough, then a graduate student at New York University, were the first to spot the signal1, in data from NASA’s Fermi Gamma-Ray Space Telescope. They proposed that the bump was a signature of dark matter. Two colliding dark-matter particles would annihilate each other, just as ordinary matter does with antimatter. The annihilation would generate a succession of short-lived particles that would eventually produce γ-rays.
But the proposed particle, which has been dubbed the hooperon or gooperon after its proponents, soon ran into problems with physicists’ favourite version of supersymmetry. Although the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) allows for dark-matter particles with the estimated mass of hooperons — about 25–30 gigaelectronvolts (1 GeV is roughly the mass of a proton) — multiple experiments had suggested that the particles must be heavier. To accommodate hooperons, MSSM would have to be modified to an extent that makes many physicists uncomfortable. “It would have required a completely new theory,” says Sascha Caron, a particle physicist at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands, who leads the team behind the latest calculations.
Sceptics suggested that the γ-ray excess spotted in the Fermi data had more-mundane explanations, such as emissions from neutron stars or from the remnants of exploded stars.
But in late 2014, it emerged that calculations for the range of dark-matter-particle masses that would be compatible with the Fermi bump were too conservative.
Fresh estimates of the γ-ray ‘noise’ produced by known sources, provided by the Fermi science team2 and others, allow for much heavier particles. “The excess can be explained with a particle of up to 200 GeV,” says Simona Murgia, a physicist at the University of California, Irvine, and a leading scientist in the Fermi team.
Big-Bang fit
Armed with this insight, Caron and his collaborators recalculated the predictions of the MSSM theory and found another potential explanation for the excess — an existing dark-matter candidate called a neutralino. The neutralino was heavy enough not to be excluded by previous experiments, yet light enough to potentially be produced in the second run of the LHC.

Caron’s model also produces a prediction for the amount of dark matter that should have been created in the Big Bang that is compatible with state-of-the-art observations of the cosmic microwave background — the relic radiation of the Big Bang — performed by the European Space Agency’s Planck probe (see Nature http://doi.org/38k; 2014). This cannot be a coincidence, he says. “I find this quite amazing.”
Caron’s team is not the only one reanalysing the Fermi bump in light of the new estimates. Similar but less-detailed calculations done by Fermilab physicist Patrick Fox and his colleagues last November3 also revealed the neutralino as a potential cause of the Fermi γ-rays. And Katherine Freese, director of Nordita, the Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics in Stockholm, says that she and her collaborators have calculated that the excess could be caused by a type of dark matter that features in a less-popular theory of supersymmetry.
Resolution may be just around the corner. In addition to being produced at the LHC, the neutralino could also be within the shooting range of next-generation underground experiments that are trying to catch dark-matter particles that happen to fly through Earth, says physicist Albert De Roeck, who works on the CMS, one of the two LHC detectors that will hunt for dark matter. If such a particle is indeed the cause of the γ-rays, he says, “it seems that the dark-matter signals should be observed very soon now”.

Experiments carried out at the Large Hadron Collider at the European Organization for Nuclear Research [CERN] in Geneva, Switzerland observed a previously unseen subatomic process of particle decay, long predicted by the standard model of physics, but until now never recorded.
The conclusions are the result of a joint analysis of two experiments carried out by the CMS [Compact Muon Solenoid] and LHCb [Large Hadron Collider beauty] collaborations, which examined data they collected from proton-proton collisions at CERN, in 2011 at a center-of-mass energy of seven teraelectronvolts [TeV] and in 2012 at eight TeV.
The data from the experiment revealed a new and extremely rare decay of the Bs particle [a heavy composite particle consisting of a bottom antiquark and a strange quark] into two muons.

A few days ago I posted The Mysteries of CERN and The Unknown at my LogosApologia.org website featuring links to my recent appearance on the Jim Bakker show with my On the Path of the Immortals co-author Tom Horn. Tom wrote a very interesting chapter “Secrets of the CERN Stargate” that becomes more prescient each day. Within science, the portal concept is perfectly respectable, explaining why the research director at CERN, physicist Sergio Bertolucci, said that the LHC could open a door and,“Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it.” That early statement form the research director set the tone for the ongoing discussion of interdimensional and braneworld portals.
Scientists theorize that the particle collisions withing the LHC might tear a small hole into four dimensional space-time, creating a tiny worm hole. In order to manufacture a large traversable wormhole, one would start at the particle level and stretch it up to navigable size. Even so, a new study proposes that all spiral galaxies (like our Milky Way) already feature wormholes and may even feature a “galactic transport system“.
In Bible prophecy, such a portal is opened to the bottomless pit releasing genetic monstrosities led by an immortal supernatural being.

The film proposes that the events of 9/11 were orchestrated as a mass exposure occult ritual. Even the classroom itself is part of the spell! I found this to be especially creepy, check out the vocabulary the teacher pulls out while Bush looks on.

Seriously, it seems like more than coincidence! Was this all orchestrated (including the kid’s lesson) as an elaborate public yet occult ritual?
The film presents an apocalyptic scenario in which all world religions merge under a central universal messiah that looks like Jesus (yet features the all seeing eye on his forehead). The film is dark as Drako the sorcerer controls the world through finance, an idea also concordant with prophecy, “so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.
(Re 13:17) However, the New Age looking Jesus traveling down the river Styx of the Egyptian underworld at the close of the film leaves me disappointed and pondering the producer’s worldview…
The film seems to be missing the blessed hope of the return of Christ. Because of that, I wonder if the film makers are more or less secular members of the truth movement? Perhaps viewing all religion as tool of the elite and not accounting for the triune God and His church leads them to uncertainty. Even so, it all fits within biblical prophecy — as many are now recognizing. The argument from prophecy is winning many truthers to Christianity.
If the occult and supernatural are real, then consider that Bible prophecy speaks to these power elites who are conducting the rituals:

I am piecing together a few older posts with some updated information that may be very thought provoking but should definitely be examined with a dis-CERN-ing eye...
Dark matter accounts for more than 80 percent of the universe’s mass. Some say it accounts for 95 percent of the universe’s mass. We know what makes up 5 percent of the universe, which is represented by structures that we can see—like the galaxies, planets and stars.
In 2010, in a tunnel underneath the Swiss-French border, 20 billion proton particles were literally “smashed’ into one another at nearly the speed of light. The machine that made those collisions happen is known as the Large Hadron Collider or LHC.
The LHC is held in a 17-mile tunnel 300 feet under the border between Switzerland and France near Geneva. At full power, trillions of subatomic particles also referred to as protons, race around the LHC ring well over 11,000 times a second. As mentioned earlier, the protons zip through the tunnel at nearly the speed of light.
When the proton beams collide they generate temperatures more than 100,000 times hotter than the sun. So to keep the ring from burning up, liquid helium chills it to a cool minus 456 degrees Fahrenheit.
The LHC is run by the European Organization for Nuclear Research, also known as CERN. More than 10,000 scientists, engineers and technicians from 80 countries, including the United States are involved in the experiment(s).
By smashing these particles, scientists had hoped to go back in time to what the world was like a billionth of a second after the universe was created.
One major part of this experiment included the search for the Higgs Boson, a theoretical particle that scientists believe is critical to understanding how the universe functions. The Higgs has also been called the “God Particle.”
Also if you read Colossians 1:16 it states:
“For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him.”
The Bible says that the invisible of GOD, turns to visible form—His Word in the Creation...so could it be that when God said, “Let there be light..,” then immediately what scientists aptly refer to as the Higgs Boson, or the “God Particle” was created and nuclear fusion took place?
In an atomic explosion matter is turned into radiation. Fission is the breakdown of one material to make another, different material. In the process a great deal of heat and light is also released as a byproduct of that breakdown. Our universe is made of space-time, but that universe exists inside of what one might called the “physical realm.”
The physical realm is separate from the other realm known as the “spiritual realm.” The spiritual realm is where God exists as well as the angels, and everything else that is spiritual/supernatural. And it is from this spiritual realm that He reached out and created a new realm, the physical realm.
While parts of the scientific community are wanting to find the “God particle,” others are concerned about the possibility of either creating a tear in the very fabric of space-time or a black hole that could harm the planet. In the past, these experiments were conducted with only a small fraction of the power the collider can generate.
This year the LHC is set for running at almost double the energy of the LHC’s first run. This machine is firing up to generate a magnetic field that is 100,000 times more powerful than Earth’s! Is it possible that the Large Hadron Collider could open a doorway to an extra dimension and out of this door might something wicked could come this way? Will people come face-to-face with this dark matter?
Scientists want to find out why we are here. What happened in the very beginning?
How is it possible that life exists in this universe? They now believe that they finally have the chance to study that in the laboratory by just recreating the conditions as they were at that time. Is this work being conducted at the LHC all about the search for the truth of the universe?
In just the past two months, there have been thirteen earthquakes over 6.0 on the Richter scale. Some of these quakes were incredibly intense, especially the one which occurred in Nepal. We now know the damage was enormous and the loss of life was in the thousands. Most recently, a magnitude 7.1-7.5 rattled the island shores of Papa New Guinea, and many quakes and aftershocks are being reported in this area.
In regard to all of this recent tectonic activity, it is interesting to note that CERN in Geneva, Switzerland has recently fired up its Large Hadron Collider particle accelerator again. This occurred just before these unusual stretches of high-magnitude earthquakes began.
The LHC is the most powerful and largest particle accelerator on the planet and even Stephen Hawking has clearly warned about the damage it may cause to the planet, humanity and even the time-space continuum.
Just months after the discovery of the Higgs Boson or the so-called “God Particle” in July 2012, CERN completed its first continuous run of the LHC which recorded around 5 billion collisions at an energy amount of 8 TeV (Tevatron scale). Only 400 of these collisions produced results even remotely compatible with that of the Higgs boson.
As of this year they’ve nearly doubled the amount of collision energy to 13 TeV. The current plan is to have the Large Hadron Collider do another run for 3 years continuously and this time CERN announced that their focus is to “capture dark matter” and on “the discovery of other dimensions.”
Now here is where things get very interesting. There just may be a link between the Large Hadron Collider and seismic activity.
Each time CERN forces a collision, the residue energy causes massive magnetic vibrations within the Earth. Could this somehow be related to all of the recent quakes. Keep in mind that in 2010, mass LHC activity at CERN coincided with the 8.8 Chilean earthquake, which was a megaquake.
Now with that being said, is there some sort of a connection between the timing of these earthquakes and the recent power up of the Large Hadron Collider?
It is being reported that CERN is massively interfering with earth’s natural magnetic balance. The Collider was active when the quake in Nepal struck. And the previous two times that CERN was active, there was an uptick in earthquakes and at the same time a previously unknown particle was discovered at CERN.
Before the Age Enlightment; Science and the Occult were together. After the Age Enlightment there was a division between the two and I believe that prior to the return of the LORD the two will unite again. I am of the impression that the powers shaping the current world events extend well beyond the physical realm.
CERN is attempting to identify dark matter at the moment. Dark matter is invisible to the naked eye and is understood to be that which holds matter together. We are looking at the point in history where mankind intends to connect with forces which transcend science. Could it quite possibly be that those that are searching for the “God Particle” could be opening the gates of hell?
I have always perceived that as we draw closer to the return of the LORD, the veil that separates the spiritual from the natural will rapidly erode. Perhaps soon, people will know if indeed...Is there anybody out there?
Will the results ultimately lead to convincing the masses to believe in Panspermia?

Cern, the Large Hadron Collider and Bible Prophecy
By Matt Ward “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:16 -17).
There is no machine anywhere on earth bigger or more powerful than the Large Hadron Collider, located at CERN in Switzerland. A collider that spans 17 miles in length; it is the most powerful particle accelerator every made and many eminent physicists believe that what scientists are doing there has the potential to destroy not just the world, but the universe itself.
Just to write such a thing seems ludicrous, “…the power to destroy the universe...” However, Professor Stephen Hawking, a man considered the equal of Einstein, has this to say about the Large Hadron Collider and what it may discover.
He believes it “…could pose grave dangers to our planet…the God Particle (also known as the Higgs Boson Particle) found by CERN could destroy the universe.” Hawking goes onto say that the Large Hadron Collider is generating such unbelievable amounts of energy that there is a danger it could inadvertently create a “vacuum bubble.” Essentially he is saying that because the universe is fundamentally unstable, in discovering the Higgs Boson, such tremendous energy is released that space and time itself can collapse catastrophically through something called “vacuum decay.”
Heavy stuff indeed.
Neil de Grasse Tyson, physicist and Director of the Hayden Planetarium (and a prominent atheist), also believes, like Hawking, that the experiments being planned and conducted at CERN are a legitimate danger to the future of mankind.
Both these eminent scientists have sounded their warnings independently. Both of them are genuinely worried. Hawking has even suggested that the LHC and what they are doing there actually “scares him.”
Indeed, so dangerous that some scientists have even taken out lawsuits to prevent and restrain CERN from operating the LHC at full power until a comprehensive risk assessment of dangers is undertaken. The lawsuits have failed and no such risk assessments have ever been undertaken.
From recreating the Big Bang, to creating Dark Matter, to discovering and producing strange matter called quarks and stranglets – something that can only be done at almost unimaginably powerful high energy collisions to produce the conditions necessary to bring about actual time travel.
Each of these experiments are active and ongoing at the Large Hadron Collider at the point of this writing. Each has the potential to irrevocably damage the world in which we live. Each is being conducted without oversight by scientists incentivized to push the boundaries in the quest for results; peer recognition and ultimately a Nobel Prize.
However, all this information, disturbing though it is, does not disturb me as much as the admission by CERN’s very own Director General and its Director of Research. In giving interviews to the British Press, General Rolf Heuer has admitted that one of the key overall aims of CERN’s Large Hadron Collider is to open a portal to another dimension.
This is the reason they are so intent upon recreating the conditions of the so-called “Big Bang.” This is the reason they have worked so hard to double the power output of the Large Hadron Collider. They believe in the existence of other parallel and alternative dimensions (physics dictates that there are at least eleven of them), and they believe that in increasing the LHC’s power output and in recreating these conditions scientists can rip open the veil that separates the two.
In his comments, General Heuer stated his reasons for wanting to open this portal as follows, “…When we open the door, something might come through it into our reality! Or, we might send something through it into their reality!”
Sergio Bertolucci, Director of Research and Scientific Computing at CERN has mirrored General Heuer’s statements almost identically in a briefing to reporters at CERN HQ in September 2009, “Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it.” [1]
These are legitimate quotations from the General of CERN’s Large Hadron Collider and its Research Director. They are stunning. Stunning in their simplicity, in their childlike abandonment of consideration for risk and stunning in their arrogance and hubris.
There is a very good reason that in creating the known and unknown universe God kept various aspects separate. Why does no one at CERN with all their evident intellect ask the most basic of questions: Does anybody not think that this is inherently dangerous?
If General Heuer and Director Bertolucci’s comments really do reflect the ultimate aspirations of CERN, and we have no reason to believe they do not, then it is clear that their intention is to rip open the veil separating this world from other worlds or dimensions.
At this point a note of caution to those of us who believe such things are inconceivable. Recent discoveries in the field of quantum mechanics would seem to indicate that this might not be such a far-fetched thing. Quantum mechanics would seem to have recently proven that matter, when broken down to its smallest component part, lacks locality. This means that matter, when split and split and split to its smallest part, actually lacks a location. In other words it is everywhere at once.
This discovery has led to the startling and uncomfortable conclusion (for scientists) that the world we live in is some kind of a digital simulation, akin to a live, interactive hologram. The logical conclusion to be drawn from this is that the world and universe that we now occupy is a small part of a larger whole, the larger whole being the actual reality, not the one we currently occupy.
So incredibly shocking was this discovery to the scientists who discovered it that the project leader, a Nobel Prize winner, committed suicide because of its implications.
The implications are that this world is a created world which is constantly being kept and maintained by some kind of higher being. The second key implication is that there is another world, a real world, a world much greater than this known existence.
What is so shocking and paradigm shattering for scientists is, of course, a matter of fact for Christians. We know this Creator as our Lord and God and this other, larger world, is the spiritual realm in which He resides, and where our destiny as believers in Christ ultimately lies.
As Christians we already know that this universe is bound together by Jesus Christ Himself.
“But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise and the elements (atoms) will be dissolved with fire and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up” (2 Peter 3:10). The Greek word “elements” in this text is from the word “stoicheion.” It is translated as the building blocks of the universe or the “ordered arrangement of things.” The word “dissolved” is literally translated from Greek as “unloosed.”
This suggests that it is God actively holding the universe together and that if He were to relax His grip every atom in the universe would split from every other atom and the universe would destroyed by fire. This is just as physics teaches, yet physics holds that the binding of atoms together is from some as yet unknown, undiscovered force.
We know it is Jesus Christ.
The other dimensions spoken of by CERN’s Director General and its Research Director, are, I believe the spiritual realm. The Bible is specific about this realm. It is a place of battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil, and they are immensely dangerous places for human beings to be.
In 2 Kings 6, Elisha’s servant rose from his tent to discover himself and his master surrounded by a massive, hostile human army. After running in panic to Elisha, his master said confidently, “Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them” (2 Kings 6:16).
He then prayed for his servants spiritual eyes to be opened and the servant saw that “…the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha”(2 Kings 6:17). These forces were God’s forces of war.
In the book of Daniel the Prince of Persia, a high ranking fallen angel, was powerful enough that he was able to withhold God’s special envoy to Daniel for twenty one days, until the warrior Archangel Michael came to his aid, allowing him to progress with his message.
The apostle Paul himself was “caught up” into the third heaven, the spiritual realm and describes it in 2 Corinthians 12:2-4. Here Paul was permitted to see paradise but was not allowed to describe what he saw there.
John, the apostle of Jesus Christ “ascended” into heaven in Revelation 4:1. His experiences form the basis of the entire book of Revelation. It is interesting that Revelation describes the process of John going up to Heaven after “a door was opened.”
Elijah, the great Hebrew prophet of old was taken up into heaven in a “whirlwind” in 2 Kings 2:11.
Jesus tells us that individual angels are assigned to protect our individual children, “Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 18:10). Invisible angels from another dimension empowered to protect little ones, in this realm and the spiritual one which we cannot see.
The Bible tells us that toward the time of the end the spiritual battle in these heavenly places will increase in intensity. We are perhaps already seeing the encroachment of this spiritual realm into our own universe today.
The spiritual realm is real and the spiritual warfare that takes place there is real, something that is an anathema to these scientists. Could it be possible that these scientists inadvertently end up opening a portal or a door not to another dimension, but into the spiritual realm, perhaps even to the Bottomless Pit or the Abyss itself?
People today have become so desensitized to the supernatural that they have forgotten just how dangerous it can be. For most of humanity the existence of another realm, a spiritual realm is a mere fantasy. However, the Bible tells us it is real, more real than we can know.
Paul tells us that it is actually in this world that we fail to see things as they truly are, that the spiritual world is the real world, “…for now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known” (1Corinthians 13:12).
CERN has rebuilt the Large Hadron Collider to double the power of its 2009 version. It is due to come fully back online in September 2015. Coincidentally this falls exactly at the time of the biblical Feast of Trumpets.
The scientists at CERN seem to have no real understanding of how utterly dangerous the Large Hadron Collider really could be.

Last night, protons collided in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at the record-breaking energy of 13 TeV for the first time. These test collisions were to set up systems that protect the machine and detectors from particles that stray from the edges of the beam.
A key part of the process was the set-up of the collimators. These devices which absorb stray particles were adjusted in colliding-beam conditions. This set-up will give the accelerator team the data they need to ensure that the LHC magnets and detectors are fully protected.
Today the tests continue. Colliding beams will stay in the LHC for several hours. The LHC Operations team will continue to monitor beam quality and optimisation of the set-up.
This is an important part of the process that will allow the experimental teams running the detectors ALICE, ATLAS, CMS and LHCb to switch on their experiments fully. Data taking and the start of the LHC's second run is planned for early June. http://home.web.cern.ch/about/updates...
