BLAH, BLAH, BLAH ! ! ! Let's play 'whack-a-mole'. This is all just another "make the sheep feel good" money pit bucket with a big hole in the bottom. Garland + FBI = seals it for me. I listened & I is completely unimpressed.
Real solution: Here's a patch for the bucket hole. When you've found them, tried them six ways to Sunday in courts of law and convicted them, then it's time for some good old fashion . . .
