Here is the issue: If* it is proven that it was indeed Ukrainian led forces that perpetrated this attack against their own citizens, at the behest of the US who has been calling the HIMARS strikes directly.... It will mean the US is implicated, directly, in grevious war crimes against the very country it is pretending to help.
