Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, one of Ukraine’s most recognizable faces on the international stage, submitted his resignation Wednesday ahead of an expected major government reshuffle. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, responding to a question about the potential delivery of long-range U.S. missiles to Ukraine, warned the United States on Wednesday not to joke about Russia's "red lines".
Lavrov said the U.S. was losing sight of the sense of mutual deterrence that had underpinned the balance of security between Moscow and Washington since the Cold War, and that this was dangerous.
He was commenting on a Reuters report that the U.S. is close to an agreement to supply Ukraine with long-range JASSM cruise missiles that could reach deep inside Russia - for which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has been lobbying.
"I won't be surprised by anything - the Americans have already crossed the threshold they set for themselves. They are being egged on, and Zelenskiy of course sees this and takes advantage of it," Lavrov told a Russian TV interviewer.

With the killing of Nasrallah, the same vibes are now felt as when Soleimani was killed.
And then the Jewish powerful lobby that controls the US celebrated for 3 days. But after just four years, massive strikes have begun on Israel's economy and security, and thousands of Israeli soldiers have been eliminated and injured.
The war is far from over with the killing of Nasrallah. The blow is huge from a moral point of view, but the main strings in Hezbollah are being pulled in Tehran.
In a few days, a new leader will be appointed, who will continue where Nasrallah left off. Just like in Gaza, where Hamas still has total control.
Hezbollah is not at war against Israel but at war against the powerful US and NATO military industry. Weapons are pouring into Tel Aviv from all sides, and the Middle East is also boiling with traitors like the terrorists in Syria who yesterday rejoiced and thanked Netanyahu.
It is the same on the other side. If the resistance succeeds in killing Netanyahu, nothing will change and a new one will be appointed immediately.
What I have already written several times, the war will last for tens of years, there will be huge casualties on both sides, and whoever has more resources, perseverance and personnel will win.
What the resistance must do is find a "cure" for Israel's massacres of civilians and that is heavy bombs of over 1 ton in weight.
Putin must also increase support for the resistance because he risks losing Syria and the years and efforts he lost there.

IDF soldiers entered southern Lebanon as part of a ground assault on Monday night as the conflict with Hezbollah continues to escalate, AFP reported.
“This is what they have informed us that they are currently conducting, which are limited operations targeting Hezbollah infrastructure near the border,” US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said to the press on Monday, according to AFP. The IDF has yet to announce or confirm that any such ground invasion, the first IDF ground operation in Lebanon since the Second Lebanon War in 2006, has been launched. However, the IDF Spokesperson in Arabic, Avichay Adraee, warned residents of Beirut suburbs to evacuate on Monday night.
