So they've had PLENTY OF TIME to refine them a bit.......... 

A lot of people in 3rd world countries are paying to get chipped now so if they're kidnapped (a regular occurrence for ransom) they can be tracked via satellite and 'rescued'.

Another 'old story' but its getting to be pretty popular. I was recently in Central & South America and was shocked at how many people had them. Big media appears to have put the 'keibash' on writing about this..
