just click the share button on the youtube page and copy the text in the box, then click the movie strip button on your Full editor (you have to click post reply or just hit the preview button at the bottom of quick reply box and it will open into the full editor) and paste it into the box and click ok.

Or even easier, right click on the video and click "copy embed html" , copy and paste it right onto the page, no brackets or anything. That's what I do. It's faster.
