yea, im up now....sleep later than normal due to still being sore from planting onions....at the age now where everything begins to cause pain, and i don't figure things will get any better

michael371 you might want to try consuming more anti inflammatories like ginger, pineapple, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, cayenne, black pepper (mixed with others black pepper gives them a power mega boost), cloves and omega 3 fish oil. A teaspoon of cinnamon and honey in hot water does wonders, add some clove, make a chai tea. Beware though it may knock your socks off the first couple of days.

lovisa, i'll try this next time...see, i have an autoimmune disorder and the flareups seem to appear on big weather changes....celebrex has helped, along with the other drugs.....i can drink motor oil and it won't bother me so a little herbal tea should be a cinch

TD reporting Huma in Hawaii too. Dailyfail (linked below) and others have the story. No recent leg shots that I saw though. Can she go to Hawaii with an ankle monitor on? Inquiring minds want to know.

My age demented mind just though of a funny one - well, funny to me. If HRC is wearing an ankle monitor under that boot wouldn't it be be more fitting to call it a CANKLE MONITOR?

 Yes, Mike is a great gardener and has quite a fine garden  with huge cabbages, tomatoes onions etc.. the list goes on ..and  also a fine quilter.( I have one of them)  He knows his  stuff more ways  than one as you can see by his posts here. Lovisa, that's great information to keep a good fellow  in motion and can maybe help us all.
